E&E Electric is own by a Mr. Lioyd and his family, and as a Electrical Contractor I buy my Materials in a daly bases Since 2007 I have been in a different Electrical Supplies around the Bay, including the City, but I can't compare the Service I receive with the same respect and Courtesy.
Michael, Mr. Lloyed and Rick treat us always with the same attitude everyday.
Their prices are very competitive , I can say that Franmore Electric will be keeping do business with you guys...Thank you for your help.

My parents were looking to remodel their house and wanted to put in LED recessed lighting. I came into E&E because I've been here before after purchasing a Panasonic fan. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and they had many options for the LED lighting. They even plugged in the trims for the Halo LED for me to see. Their prices were extremely competitive and actually ended up cheaper than Home Depot! Next time i plan to do remodeling E&E will definitely be my first choice!

I was looking for a specific breaker for my panel and nobody seemed to have it except for e&e!! There is a language barrier but they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Loi is great and offers advice. Would recommend to anyone!

Came in this morning to buy supplies while they were very busy and they helped me get in and out. The service is great!! I would definitely come back and would refer anyone who need supplies. The prices are very competitive!!

Doing some rewiring so I went down to my local, which is E & E.

Bought 2 bunches of wire from these guys. One was supposed to be 75' and the other 90'. Got 45' and 81' respectively.

Short changers. If it had been just one I would have though it was an accident. The fact that it was both makes me think they actively taking me for a ride.

Dishonest. Avoid.

Worst store ever. I bought $450 worth of supplies for my contractor which turned out to be wrong - based on what they told us at the store. They changed a 15% restocking fee AND a $10 fee to ""ship back"" None of this is stated on the return slip which says they will either give store credit or refund with card present.

the workers here are very knowledgeable. they try to get you the best prices and will go out of their way to assist you if they do not have the item. there is one asian girl there who drives a truck and has things shipped to other companies. what asian girl drives a truck!? multitalent right there. anyways id recommend this place to anyone if you are in need of some electrical supplies.

I came in for the first time the other day since Tuggey's recommended me. I was looking for some simple plugs and then had to special order some products, which also came in quickly. All of the workers were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Jacky helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

E&E also has great prices so I will definitely be coming back.

I'm doing a bathroom remodel and was looking for a quality fan that's quiet and effective at getting rid of moisture. After some online research and a recommendation from my contractor, I stumbled upon the Panasonic whisper line. E&E carries them and was very helpful -- from offering to get a model I was looking at from their warehouse the same day I called to letting me exchange the original item I purchased.

The prices are pretty competitive with online retailers. The first fan I bought was cheaper than what I found online, and the fan I ended up with was about the same when you factor in that I didn't have to pay shipping to E&E and was able to get it same day.

4 stars, not 5, because if I had more time, I probably could have bought a cheaper fan online even accounting for shipping; also they don't allow returns, only store credit.

Overall, I'm pleased with my E&E experience and would definitely go back if I was looking for something specific. Thanks E&E!

I'm not sure what the other reviewer is complaining about. Sure, there may be a slightly language barrier, but when it comes to construction, that's almost always true. In general, they were far more helpful and knowledgable than the average home improvement store.

Also, there's free and ample parking.
