I reached out to Dynasty Electric at 9AM this morning. Eugene was able to send one of his colleagues Paul to my apartment by 4PM today. Furthermore, their rate was very competitive and affordable. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

We had an excellent experience with Eugene and his team. On time, great work and when we came back as we needed an additional service he made that part of the package.
Moving to LA from London we had lots of electrical work to be done. Eugene made us aware of the risks and came up with recommendations that worked. Very professional.
We had two other electrician before Dynasty Electric, one of the task that Eugene and team was working on, was to undo the first electrician work. The second one never showed up after all. So, third time lucky!

Great Quality, Great Service

I had a pretty simple job, just add a couple of boxes in the basement and attic. Dynasty did a great job--showed up on time, did the work according to specifications, and charged me a fair price. I gave him and his guys a tip.

Never look further.... this guy is good, fast and cheap.... I hope he never changes is phone number.... new electric panel (from 50 to 200) inside the house work and outside the house he redid all the crappy work I did and added 220/230 for my tools..... under $3000.00 I got other quotes for over $5000.00 Thanks Eugene for the great work!

Eugene was great to work with. My work days are long, I leave early and get home late, but he was able to meet with my on my schedule so I didn't have to miss any work.

I live in a small apartment downtown LA that has very poor lighting. My under cabinet lights in the kitchen weren't working well and I had some track lights that were plugged into wall outlets, but wanted to change those to hard wired on dimmer switches.

I was thinking I would need to buy all new fixtures. I explained to Eugene what I wanted and showed him what wasn't working. I also told him that I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money, but wanted some help improving my light situation. He showed me how I could use all my current fixtures, he would just need to re-wire them and change a ballast.

We scheduled an appointment, he was on time, he met my dog, I gave him my apartment keys and a check and then took off to work for the day. He sent me a text toward the end of the day letting me know the job was complete. I came home and everything looked great and was working perfectly. He also sent a follow up text in the evening to verify everything met my satisfaction or if he needed to come back to change anything. It was all great. I would definitely call on Eugene again for any electrical needs I have. Thank you!!

I just called Dynasty Electric for electrical emergency issue and as always was really please how it was handled by Eugene. Even though he was busy, he found the way to get to me quick before arching inside a light switch developed into a house fire.

Great Work at my house in Altadena. 1500 Square foot house was re-wired with new panel. Eugene pulled all permits and all work passed inspection without any issues. Eugene was quite fair in his pricing and completed all work in timely and professional manner.

Where do I begin? After several onsite planning discussions and obtaining estimates from 5 highly competent electricians on Yelp, I decided to work with Eugene from Dynasty Electric. He provided a detailed explanation of the project, a written estimate of the work to be performed and the number of days to complete the job. The job involved my rental home in Los Angeles which was built in 1904. Since 1972, when it was purchased by my parents, the entire house was running on a 20 amp fuse. Yes, 20 amps? Hard to believe but true. The entire house required new electrical wiring, a 100 amp panel and outlets. Within a week Eugene completed the job and had it pass inspection. Truly amazing! Thank you for a job well done. Oh, I forgot to mention that Eugene's quote was 15-23 percent less than all 4 other competitive quotes.

I found Eugene online and although I prefer friends' referrals, the only referral I had bid the job I had a little on the high side. I thought I'd give Eugene a try. He beat the other guy's price by about 10% and I am very happy with the work. It was installing a new meter panel on my house and removing an old one from the garage which was to be demolished. He didn't ask for money up front, just some before the job started. I never felt he was trying to change anything or sell me up once he got the job. I had a small addition I had to do and he basically charged me just a bit over what the parts cost. Point is, he is extremely fair and I'm very happy. I'm on the path to building a new structure on my property and Eugene is the first to bid it, and probably will do the job.
