Sorry i meant to text you after they were done at duplex.  It was just in the breaker box.  They flipped one and it fed all the outlets affected but then the bottom part of the duplex outlet did not work..He went back to check all the circuit breaker and found one that was just slightly off and corrected it...so no tearing apart anything!  was there maybe 35 minutes...but they worked their asses off at my house.  I could not be more pleased with this outfit and told them so..the price was right too.  they took all the old fans and also all the boxes and vacuumed...top quality service. Do not use this company. JR is a hack. These guys when installing meter service like to drive grounding rods around your yard breaking the sprinkler system harness. They do not understand that drilling a 2 inch hole in a support stud is not necessary for one run. They do not know how to mount boxes in brick and pull wire through eaves. They will leave live wires in attic with no caps.

Roy was absolutely amazing. He and I believe an apprentice serviced my home on the 1st of November and no one has been more professional and friendlier. Not only efficient but thorough and just a delight to talk to! Chatting about electrical work (which he was happy to explain while he did it) to his lovely wife's and my mutual love of chickens, it was really fun. More importantly, the work was top notch and he explained exactly what was done and what issues were there. I know exactly who we'll be calling for any other electrical work in the future!

I hated to contact an electrician on a Sunday, but the breaker in my electrical panel for my central air AC compressor was so hot I thought it was going to catch on fire! I called Dynamic and Roy came out the same day, swapped the breaker, and charged an amazingly fair price!

On time and professional. I ended up needing more work than was discussed on the phone but the final bill didn't change. The electrician cleaned up after completing the work. I love Roy.

My AC was acting crazy and the thermostat was doing its own crazy--rebooting/flashing, and finally I had to just shut it off so I wouldn't risk blowing up my house. Not an exaggeration but a hyperbole.

2 days in the TX heat with no AC in July is like running around in a Toronto winter in a bathing suit in January...it's just a horrible horrible horrible thing to experience. The AC guy came by to take a look and verified all the electricals were fine with the AC unit and speculated it was something in the wiring or possibly a bad thermostat.

I ran over to Lowe's and dropped a pretty penny on a new Nest thermostat and installed it. No luck. No powering up. Called different electricians in a mad panic and left voicemails. Til then, another hot hot hot hot night of sleeping.

Enter Roy. We played phone tag a bit then text tag and then he said he could make it over. WINNING. He came over and after about 20-30 minutes or so of diagnosis, he figured out the problems: bad wiring in the wall + bad AC switch. Corrected all the issues, got my AC running, and was the GOAT for saving me from horrible TX summertime heat.

His comms are great, his professionalism is amazing, and he was so easy to work with. I cannot recommend Roy enough. He is on my speed dial for the next time something catastrophic happens with my home or just for general electrical home needs.

The team showed up as expected, were very respectful of my time and finished very quickly. They performed the work, showed me the results and demonstrated the functionality.

I could not be more satisfied with the results and will certainly use them again.

I guess I should also mention that they were very strait forward and provided me an estimate very quickly after I provided them the details.

The final price was at the bottom of the range so that is just awesome.

It's easy to leave a good review for Roy and Dynamic Electrical. Roy made our project easier than I thought it was going to be. He got me an itemized estimate in a timely manner. The prices were very fair and competitive. He offered great ideas and insight into what all I wanted to do. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do and did it efficiently. We will be hiring them for more work here in the near future.
