Never return phone calls, They give contractors a bad name. once they got paid they totally ignore you calls. I had to call another company to finish the job they started and never finished. Never again.

Dynamic Electric, Houston: I emailed Edgar Larios on 2/15/18, and I called Wendy Larios the next day when Edgar didn't answer my email. Wendy told me they would send a service man out. Today is 2/23/18. Edgar told the tenant he was out of town. So I called Wendy who told me she couldn't send anybody out. I was not happy and told her she should have told me at the time of my first call that we were waiting for nothing. She didn't even offer to send someone on Monday. I have always paid my bills with them immediately, even when I thought they shouldn't charge me $180 to examine the situation, and then $1500 to replace the box. Well, this forces me to find a better electrician that may not cost as much.

Dynamic Electric was recommended by a coworker of mine... I work in commercial construction and although, we have plenty of commercial contractor contacts, not too many knew of anyone doing residential work. Then, there was Carlos w/ Dynamic Electric! He came out to my house the day after I called to do an estimate, provided the most reasonable pricing (I had 4 other contractors quote this work), and then, completed the work (electrical panel replacement) the following week in about 4 hours. The process was as painless as could be - Carlos and his crew showed up around 8am and completed the work while I was at work, all I had to do was call centerpoint to shut off and then turn back on power, come back home around 12pm, and everything was done! They prefer checks but I didn't have any (who still writes checks? tell me, so I can punch them for wasting so much time), so they accepted card payment. Anyway.. for the price, the professionalism, and the lifetime guarantee on workmanship, I definitely recommend them!
