Bryce Durham did a fantastic job during a high stress time of year (everyone was trying to get their generators installed BEFORE the fire season). A couple of Manufacturer's issues in the Kohler-supplied switch and generator caused a check and repair of their parts by Bryce. He was essentially doing warrantee work on brand new parts.... I appreciate his flexibility and ability to adapt. He found the problem (broken parts in new panel!), replaced them, and was patient when the startup process led to the discovery of an loose connection by the factory. All in all, we got it all fixed and of course, PG&E did NOT shut off our power during this last huge windstorm.......life is funny...

We have used Bryce twice now...he is great to work with, a real partner. He is trustworthy, efficient and does quality work. Sometimes he can be tough to get a hold of hence the four stars but I would definitely recommend him. He worked on a job for us over the period of five months and did not bill us until the very end of the project! You never see that these days. Most contractors are hounding you daily for payment.
