After replacing the suspected faulty part my unit still did not work. They did not have the proper test equipment to diagnose the problem so they called another company that did find the true problem. I was charged 3 trip charges and $85 dollars per hour and I was the one that climbed on the roof, pulled the pipe and then climbed back up and replaced the pipe and I paid for my own labor. Will most likely call a company out of Columbia next time.
