The electricity cut off to only half of our home at 4am. During the summer, this is a HUGE problem. I placed a call to Duke's at 8am and Juan called back 5 minutes later. He was personable, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He identified the problem immediately and was able to make the necessary repairs. PG&E had to be called as there was a problem on their end (melted meter) that required their intervention. Even so, Juan offered to be an intermediary if needed. Thankfully, it wasn't necessary. I will absolutely use Duke's again without hesitation.

He was able to schedule me the same day during a reasonable time frame. He came by with tools in hand and a big smiley ready to get the job done.

Hands down the best service in town that I have received. I had another electrical team come out and do an inspection on my home and something just didn't feel right about their findings, I hit up Juan for a second opinion and he was able to find a major issue that the other team didn't even locate! He pulled permits and within a week the repairs were done in one day! Thank you again!

Take me to start off by saying how much of a good person Juan the electrician was. He was extremely professional and courteous and his knowledge of the job was outstanding. I had an electrical issue with one of my circuits on a Saturday night. I contacted three electricians Sunday morning, and Duke was available. Juan came out Sunday morning, diagnosed the issue and completed the repair. Juan walked through all of the steps he took to fix the issue. He was the epitome of customer service. I would recommend Juan for any house electrical needs.

I DO NOT recommend this place. He called the law after my fiancé accidentally wrote him a check from my line of credit. And when I asked if I could drop off cash to his location at a later time (he already knew where I lived), he said he needed it then and now without considering my work day; and he threatened to ""kick my ass"" after an honest mistake. He even used some of my fiancé's material and still charged us full price. He didn't even clean up after his work, leaving pieces of drywall and saw dust all over the place. 5 outlets for nearly $1000, we honestly could've used another contractor for a better deal with decent character. 0 stars if I could.
