This is a follow up on the previous review which was posted last Friday. After posting a one star review on hearing no response from Duke a couple days ago, he responded immediately and set up an appointment the very next day-today.
He gave us an honest opinion for our rental and advised us to get 2 other estimates before deciding on which way we want to do.
Appreciate his understanding and honesty in considering our budget for a rental. This is a fair advice.

We had an unexpected electric issue at our house, which we realized late at night. Early the next morning I called Duke - after our go-to electrician shared he couldn't come out until the next day - and Duke was able to come out the same day within hours. He fixed our issue within minutes. Was incredibly professional and informative. Highly recommend and can't wait to use again in the future!

I started working with Duke when we had thoughts about upgrading our electrical panel. Duke answered the phone immediately and provided very detailed answers on what might be needed in order to do it safely and correctly.

He even scheduled time to come by free of charge to take a look at the house so he could be sure about what was needed. At the time, I decided to hold off and thanked him for his time.

Over the next few months, I would call him every once in a while to ask random questions about electrical work, and Duke always answered quickly and in detail.

When we finally decided to get the panel done, Duke immediately ordered the panel, submitted a permit application with the city, and worked with PG&E to schedule a power shutoff. This was all done very fast, which was surprising as we knew that these things can take a while.

The day before the power was to be shut off, Duke and team came to do all of the prep work to fit the new panel (enlarging the siding, ground rods, etc.) so everything would be good to go the next day.

At 7AM the next day, Duke provided us with a battery powered generator so we could continue working from home. The power was promptly switched off, and work was completed within a few hours.

From the minute I spoke to Duke, I got the feeling that he had done this many times before and knew exactly what he was doing. The installation was extremely high quality and the process was seamless.

Duke does high quality work and knows the process very well. I felt comfortable working with him from the very start. Would absolutely work with Duke again for anything. He does everything the right way.

By the way, he is ALWAYS on time. Usually there a few minutes before he's scheduled to show up.

Duke's response rate is excellent. He got back to me right away on my inquiry about my outdoor electrical project which required 5 new electrical outlets for an outdoor kitchen, pergola lighting, and landscape lighting. He came the very next day to scope out the project and provided a quote the same day that he honored to the exact amount. I compared Duke's quote with 2 other quotes and I felt that Duke's pricing was the most competitive and fair, and the quality of their work is very high! Would definitely recommend Duke if you are looking for a fair and honest price, and a high quality job.

I appreciate Duke's responsiveness, that he makes himself available and makes adjustments for your schedule, and that he does reliable and trustworthy work. His technicians Eddie and Felipe are dependable, very professional, bilingual, and execute every detail according to plan. Every time Eddie and Felipe were onsite they did exceptional work. I was extremely pleased with how competent and knowledgeable the entire team was and we're really happy with the end results.

Duke and his crew did a wonderful job with several electrical jobs as part of rental renovation. They installed recessed LED lighting in the kitchen and living room, added a new 125A subpanel in the garage, new 50A EV outlet, new 50A oven outlet, and upgraded an aging 100A main Zinsco panel with a 200A one. Duke applied for and coordinated permits and inspections with the city of Campbell.

Eddie and Jayden were especially great to work with. Price was reasonable compared to the other two electricians I for quotes from.
