Called him yesterday to set an appointment for him to come out to the house - we had 2 receptacles without power. Instead of charging me for a visit, he told me what I needed to do over the phone! It worked perfectly! For a female who knows nothing about electrical stuff, he saved me some bucks with a quick fix! THANK YOU DUHON! :)

I am a big fan of supporting small businesses where I live. I find that not only are the folks more grateful for the business but they tend to have more experience and do a better job.
Due to my limited schedule we had to set an appointment a week and a half out to take care of some small problems I had with 3 light switches in the house.
William came over this morning and fixed everything in about 30 minutes. A huge relief as my wife has been bugging me to take care of these problems for months. Everything is working great, will be able to dim the lights in the baby room without blowing the breaker at last.
Quick work, fair prices and William is a great guy. We joked around a bit, which is always a plus with me.

Just the kind of hard working small business that do a great job that I want to support. Great job. I'll be calling again when I need them!

Wow, what great service!!! We just bought a remodeled home, and could not find the circuit breaker to the newer addition to the house. Damion was at our house right on time, and he was able to find the hidden circuit breaker for the addition in a matter of minutes.

I will have no hesitation calling on Damion for any future electrical work, and would recommend highly!

2)watching him work its clear not only that he knows his business but is really really good at it. I've had two other electricians over for other things in other units in the past three months and they were just diddling around by comparison . he came.. he saw, he fixed the problems .. all of them and then wore his white hat into the sunset. I will not be calling other electricians after this. Hes got all my business.

Damion stopped by our place for all of the 5 minutes it took him to tell the DIY amateurs what we'd done wrong. He was polite and didn't make us feel any stupider than we already were - even when we called him back, and then called him 10 seconds later to tell him never mind.

The next time we have an electrical problem, we'll call Duhon for courteous service and so that we can give them some money for their trouble. Thanks again Damion!

Me: ""Hello? Duhon Electric? I need help with a few outdoor circuits. You see there is this really large crow I need to grill for supper...""

Mr. Duhon came out today after lunch to repair three outdoor circuits that had failed. Prior to his service call, we worked through e-mail to identify the likely cause of the problem and come up with a parts list.

He called an hour in advance of his arrival and arrived precisely when he said he would. Since I did the shopping, we first reviewed the parts to ensure I had everything he would need. Then he got right to work. Along the way he told me what caused the problem, what he was doing to prevent a recurrence, and what maintenance and repairs would likely be needed in the future.

In under an hour, he finished refurbishing and testing the four circuits and installing new code compliant covers. He then fastidiously cleaned up all of the boxes, bits, and pieces from the surgical field--my yard. Other than for the new look of the installation, you'd never know he'd been there.

It's a done deal. Duhon is now my new ""go to"" for electrical services in Austin. Thanks to Elite Yelpers Jill S. and Kat F. for their reviews that led to this positive conclusion. And special thanks to Mr. Duhon for making time for me in the midst of his very busy schedule this holiday season.

All those great yelps aren't wrong! William answered his phone, set up an appointment the same day (for which he was early) and got my problem taken care of ASAP. I think he's trying to give contractors a good name.

I've had these guys come out and do a number of things (big and small) on my house and they have always been on time, affordable and extremely professional. They've helped me with last minute construction issues, emergencies, and most recently replaced my entire electric panel.

When they bid out my electric panel, I didn't even compare bids with other electricians because I wanted them to them to do the work. I've seen nothing but fantastic electrical work from them and look forward to using them again when I have some sconces installed.

It is so nice to have reliable electricians in your toolbox. Search no more!
