I really wish I'd read reviews before joining their discount club. My hvac system is 7 years old. They've come out to repair it 3 times and yet it keeps having problems. They guarantee 2 cleanings a year under their club, we never received it and they only agreed to rectify this after we've moved out- They offered no discount and no refunds for missing the service that we paid for. Only reason they get 1 star instead of 0, all of their technicians are ploute and helpful, just wish they could spread this energy to their management and ownership.

PLEASE RUNNN TO THE NEAREST REPUTABLE HVAC COMPANY! They are not worth the time nor aggravation. We are currently about 14 months into a unit replacement and have had the unit already stop cooling. They sent a tech out and tried to charge a diagnostic fee which I refused to pay as we were told by the sales agent that we would be covered for a FREE replacement should the unit malfunction within the first 5 Years.(Clearly all lies!!!). The technician fixed the issue but we started noticing mold around our vents. We called a mold expert out and they confirmed this was due to improper installation and sweating around the vents. They claim this was not a part of the service we paid for. They refused to also send over a copy of the contract we signed to verify this. We are in the process of obtaining an attorney to fight this. Please do yourself a favor and RUN! You have been thoroughly warned!

I WISH I GOOD GIVE NO STARS!!!My family uses them and I was trying to use them as well but is seriously on the verge of looking for another heating and air conditioning place and reporting them and their services to whomever, whatever, wherever I can report them. How are you on your site advertising 24hours and saying you are booked. First of all I'm sure it's not that many emergencies in a day to be saying that you all don't have any appointments available especially when you all advertise one hour service and there's 24 hours in a day. Like they are seriously on there website false advertising. So the whole statement "" We're ready to answer your call 24/7 so that you can quickly find a solution to your HVAC emergency! Our Augusta HVAC technicians love making you comfortable, and they're always ready to help"" it's a straight up lie I called them letting them know My air conditioner went out and my thermostat is currently reading that's it 80 degrees in my house and my 80-year-old mother, one year-old son and asthmatic daughter is in the house and they did absolutely nothing but set me up with an appointment for two days later. That is an emergency especially the fact that it's 80 degrees in the house and we just went and purchased fans for every room and it still isn't doing the job and they still aren't trying to send a technician out here. I do not recommend this company if it's an emergency by no means. IF YOU'LL ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND CAN'T DO 24 HOURS A DAY JUST SAY THAT BECAUSE 24 HOURS MEAN YOU CAN COME ANYTIME , DAY, OR NIGHT LISTEN. ITS AN EMERGENCY I HAVE A SICK PERSON, ELDERLY PERSON AND A BABY IN THE HOUSE AND TRIED EVERYTHING SMH THERES NOT THAT MANY EMERGENCIES IN THE WORLD IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD WHICH THEY ARE OPEN ALWAYS!!!

This company failed to fix my HVAC several times in 2018, and in 2019 I eventually let them convince me to pay $6k for a new HVAC. It proceeded to partially break the following winter and halfway heated my house on emergency heat. That skyrocketed my electricity bill, but I was working enough that I didn't bother getting it fixed until recently. They managed to get the system back online but told me I needed a new part (just under a grand) or the system would break again once I switched over to heat this winter. It then broke two days later.

When I called them for another fix, I was told a technician would call me the next day to discuss this. I didn't get a call the next day and had to call back the day after that. Someone who sounded like a manager called me back and told me in the same conversation that I didn't need the part her technician recommended because it wouldn't resolve my issue, and I also needed to pay for the part if I wanted my AC back on. That didn't make much sense to me. As I tried to figure out what she meant she got extremely rude with me.

It baffles my mind that customer service can be so bad at a company. They are by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I strongly do not recommend this company unless you don't mind getting nickel and dimed by some strangely rude people.

It was delivered damaged.
I spoke to the sales representative who sold me this unit.
He is doing nothing to help.
Basically he took my money and ran

The company does false advertising as well.

I am writing a letter now to this company to say how unhappy I am and how terrible the service is. I paid $10,500 for my unit which has had error messages from the very beginning. I have called numerous times and the problem has never been resolved. I have paid less than $4,000 for HVAC units from other companies and have never had a problem. When I called and speak to a person named Dion she is always getting smart with me on the phone. Stay away from this so-called company.

So, here's the deal. DO NOT JOIN THE ""CLUB""! I was sold a bill of goods on how joining the club put you on a priority and you wouldn't have to wait/same day service and all that. Well, it turned out to be a load of crap. They performed service on our units a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what was involved in the service because we turned on the heat for the first time with the cold snap last night and no heat. I called this morning (Tuesday) and was told they wouldn't be able to see us until Thursday afternoon! Doesn't matter that THEY just supposedly serviced the units and I'm a member of this so-called ""club."" Also, we experienced a similar delay of 2-3 days when we needed service on our AC.

UPDATE: So I found another company to come out today (they were even early) and I will review them elsewhere. The reason for this edit and downgrade to one star is that the service Duggan's did the first week of October was not done correctly. The coils in the main unit were completely filthy and gummed up. That is definitely supposed to be part of the routine maintenance and the technician could not believe how recently the unit was supposedly serviced. So, even with another six months left on my club membership, Duggan's will not see my house again. Thankfully, I hadn't gotten them signed up to service the business yet.
