I have been using Ducros Electric Services through the management company I work for with Borba Realty. We work mainly through email which is great since we get busy. We send the work order and we receive confirmation that they have received it. Their response time is great and have not received any complaints of their services. If we have a question about invoices Alex's receptionist Kenya is always great about returning phone calls if they do not have the information in front of them.

Excellent company. Outstanding service. Ivan and his team came out, quickly installed two new ceiling fans - which look great and operate wonderfully. Ivan was also able to troubleshoot a lighting fixture issue and had a replacement readily available on his truck. Prices are extremely reasonable and fair. From the initial phone call to the finish of installation, Ducros was very professional. Everything was explained well and they took really good care to put cloths down so no dirt got on the furniture. everyone is really friendly and did a great job of installing our fan. I would highly recommend any electrical needs be done by Ducros. I even got a phone call after the project was done to be sure I was satisfied with everything. Ducros has amazing service!! We had a power outage at my business and even once the electric was restored by SCE, our overhead lights did not work so we couldn't even do any work. Ducros came within 10 minutes of me calling and fixed the issue right away. I can't even tell you how impressed and relieved I am!! Thank you sooo much!

We have hired Ducros Electrical three times and each time the job was handled quickly and matched the provided bid. No upselling, no time padding. Just straight up quality work at a good value. They recently installed some lights for the outside of our garage. We called with a pretty tight completion window and they accommodated us. Jeremy and Chris were super nice and suggested light placement and avoided breaking out any interior drywall. We also asked if the new lights could be put on a timer at a later date and they were able to get a timer that day and install it for a nominal charge. Really couldn't be happier with these guys.
