We lost power to our heat, pool pump and all kitchen appliances on the 1st day of the 2022 Texas snow freeze (schools & business closed). We called Dub Electric and Rob came out in the cold, icy snow storm to address our electric issues. Rob was here over an hour and determined we needed a new main circuit breaker. Rob was able to get our heat, pool pump and appliances working until he can order and install the new breaker. Great guy, very knowledgeable, professional! We will definitely use him in the future for all our electrical needs.

I highly recommend Dub Electric! Rob came out on short notice and traced an electric short and repaired all bad electric parts during the covid pandemic. Working with Rob and Dub Electric was a great experience! I reached out over email and received a call before 9 a.m. the next day! Rob was able to get me on the schedule within a few days and resolved my issue in one visit. He gave me a courtesy call on his way to my house and kept me updated of everything that was going on throughout his time there (I was unable to leave work to meet him but fortunately the work was all outdoors so he was able to complete without me present). Rob was courteous, responsive and helpful. He is soft spoken and highly competent. He worked quickly, explaining things to me as he went along. My problem related to the connection running from the house to a pool pump, and he explained how the problem occurred. He also told me the options for a temporary (several years) and a long term (lifetime) fix. I was very pleased with Rob's work and give him an unqualified recommendation. DUB electric will get it done right for a good price! DUB installed a line for a second set of washer and dryer for our laundry room several months ago. Their install was quick, professional, and has worked out great.

When our next home improvement project came along we hired DUB again to install additional GFCIs behind toilets for bidets; install dimmer switch in our master bedroom; and install a digital timer for our outdoor lighting system. They were professional, on time, worked around our schedule, and got the work done as bid and promised.

When you call DUB, Rob answers the phone. Rob is who bids and completes the work. DUB electric will be our ""go to"" electrician while living in the Southlake area. Our Southlake Family highly recommends DUB for your electrical work.
