So our ceiling fan collapsed a week before Labor Day, and with company coming we were frantic.

After calls to locals and Mr. Sparky ( who scheduled and postponed twice!!) my husband consulted our local newspaper.

DRM was advertised so I gave them a shot. Lexie was very engaging and scheduled Bob the very next day. We had a scheduling conflict so we had to reschedule, but Lexie handled it professionally with 7 more phone calls!

Bob was scheduled for 4:00 pm and showed up at 3:30! He was very focused on our project and had an estimate in under one minute! It was one third the cost of Mr. Sparky! (Who wanted $189 to start!!)

Bob got to work and was done by 5:00 pm! He even cleaned up his dust!
