They sent out Josh, who is an amazing estimator and used to be a service tech and in less that one hour he was able to, not only identify but, fix the issue with 3 of my light switches and install the light fixture on my patio (which 3 people tried and failed to install properly) and get the connection solid so it no longer worked sporadically. I was quoted 1400 to fix these issues by another company but instead I only ended up paying for a simple service fee thanks to Josh and Driven Power Systems addressing the issues right away during what was t be a simple an estimation! Thanks for the awesome service!

Careful, they will charge you for time they don't go to stores on things and their hourly rate is crazy ($179/hour). I was originally told that they ""needed to go to the store"", then they refused to provide a receipt when asked for $129 for outlets, then charged me 2 hours of time to do so- when they completed the job in 1.25 hours. A few outlets Oh My! I was told they ""round up.""
When called them out on the fact no receipt was given, the owner had to call me and ask me what the ""problem"" was. Well, let's see, you charge me for time to go to a store for products you already had with you, then you overcharged me for products that cost $23 per plug I can see online. Then he tells me there's a 70% markup because I could have gone to the store myself. But you DIDN'T go to the store, you can't provide a receipt and you still want to charge me for time to ""go to the store."" Shady business practices.

I just had a kitchen reno done and noticed the outlet to the dishwasher did not look like it was up to code and did not feel comfortable plugging our brand new dishwasher in to it so I reached out to James and asked him to come take a look as the contractor told us it was perfectly fine to use. He confirmed my suspicions of it not being up to code and immediately got me on the books to be repaired. His two man crew showed up on time and were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do. They also fixed a plug outlet that was burnt and moved our oven outlet for us. Very clean work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Full house remodel & they never got it right. County electric inspector supervisor re-inspected our house Aug 3rd. He said he wouldn't live in the house for fear of fire. It's pretty bad when u push GFI plug in bathroom the kitchen lights come on. Plugs don't work, installed a light with no light switch, etc. Our permits started Oct 2021 & I still cannot live in my house. I know they rewired house at least twice & still non functional electric areas. House is red flagged because of electric & inspector said we cannot live in it. I fired contractor & Driven Power. You have been warned.

We were at the end of a 7 month renovation of my 90yr old mom's condo due to an upstairs unit flood and discovered a major electrical issue. The electrician that came recommended arrived and said that the brand new plaster and walls would need to be cut and cut out, kitchen cabinets removed and he even went as far as to remove the cover of the breaker panel taking the new paint with it. He then submitted his estimate for $2800. My mom almost fainted. I came across Driven Power Systems and booked an appointment for an estimate. Joshua and Eric arrived promptly, they had with them all the tools and electrical pieces and they said that they could remedy the issues that day without all the cutting and removing of walls and cabinets. Within a few hours the place was done, only 1 small 5x5"" hole was cut in to the drywall behind the microwave. These 2 worked diligently, professionally, quietly and made this a stress free experience. They double and triple checked everything before cleaning up after themselves and leaving. The price - 1/4 of the first guys estimate. I truly can't say enough about these 2 and the company. Even my mom was impressed! I have already recommended Driver Power Systems to neighbors, family and friends. And now I recommend them to you.

Used Driven Power today to change out my electric panel. They were on time. Detail oriented. Polite. And, best of all, the cheapest of 3 estimates. Wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them again.

If you need electrical work done, check this company out! We just moved from up north and needed to have quite a bit of work done on our new home. Our agent gave us Driven Power's number and they made everything so easy. Great office staff helped with multiple schedulings, estimator was quick and efficient - gave us a very fair estimate, the electricians and techs were amazing - so professional, respectful, timely and clean!! Hopefully, we won't need them in the future but I would contact them in a minute if I did!!

Did the work, but had bad experience with owner. This was work done at rental house in another state so I admit that makes me a hard customer. They sent the bill for the work so I ask renter to confirm work was done then sent out check and sent text response saying the check was sent. He responds with a text a few days latter saying if I do not respond today about check he will put and lien on the property. So he missed the response about the check, OK, but to go nuclear and threated a lien when he could have ask a few days ago if the check was sent is not reasonable.

Extremely professional and friendly techs. I had three exterior fixtures replaced and one new one wired and installed.

The work was done perfectly and the techs kept the area clean during and after the job.

The job came in a little under the quoted amount. Always a nice surprise.

I am in the process of buying a home & my inspection alerted to a few electrical issues. I had no idea the cost associated with this and contacted Driven Power Systems to get just an ""idea"". They stated they could do even better than an idea and just asked that I send over the inspection and they can give me a good estimate! That's going above & beyond if you ask me!
