Raul is the most sincere and honest general contractor I have ever met. I partnered with him on a recent home and kitchen renovation job I had in Dublin, Ca. His work and work ethics set him apart from everyone. He is very meticulous, always maintains a clean job site, arrives on time , and does not cut corners! When he commits to a job and a price he stands behind it and his word is as good as his contracts. Raul is the only general contractor I now use or trust that has everyone's best interest at heart. (The client, vendors, and contractors). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!

This contractor is licensed and I found him through Home Depot. I had a major water damage in my house and was freaking out with the damage. Every contractor I talked to scared me even more by saying oh my God the whole house is flooded what happened and so on. But when Roul walked in, he was very calm didn't ask too many questions, Just calmly assessed and gave me a reasonable quote. He started working when he said he would start and finished when he said he would finish. He never asked for any big money in advance. By law he had to collect $1000 that's all he collected upfront. He never asked for money until he finished the job. Who does that? I had to keep nagging him. when he is going to send me the bill. He's a very honest, fair and ethical contractor that I have ever come across. He comes with his 19 year old son to work. He is a very soft-spoken and well mannered and hard-working young man. The job Roul did was excellent standard and if I could, I would give more stars.
