I own a woodworking company and we had an issue where there was a plug that needed to be moved in order for the cabinetry to get installed. Not only did they send someone out within an hour, but the job was done quickly and in a way where they communicated clearly with the client as to what the expectations were and how quickly it could be completed. I am in this industry and was shocked at all they were able to get done in an hour and I will recommend them and call them again every chance I get. It's rare to find people in the industry that you can trust and that don't try to rip people off.
