I contacted Robert yesterday in regards to a dimming issue in my home when a single appliance is being run. Out the 5 electricians I have contacted, Robert was the only one who advised me to check in with PG&E first before getting any work done. The other 4 electricians I spoke with varied in response about the type of work I need done and different price range. PG&E ended up replacing the cables for free since it was their issue and I ended up saving money from needing any work done. Thank you Robert for the advice and honesty. Called 2 electricians to install an extra outlet in the garage for a refrigerator. First said my fridge was the problem the second said he will call me back (never did). Sent Dr Wattz Electric a message through Yelp, responded the same day, came over, gave quote, and scheduled the install for the following week. Came on the scheduled appointment time and installed a new plug with the help of his son. I was happy with the professionalism and quality of the install.
