This company came highly recommended, but failed miserably. For over the last several weeks I have been trying to get them to take care of significant electrical safety concerns in my home. They have regularly made appointments and not kept them. They have promised to do work and never showed up to do it. The President of the company promised to follow up with me when I inquired about the repeated missed appointments. He never did.

The only time I've heard from them is when they are looking to get paid. Just today they emailed me to inquire about a very small invoice and when I explained I have been waiting for them to actually show up and complete the job the owner/president told me that they were ""balls to the wall"" and he did not remember any of the prior commitments he had made to me. So not only did he blame his lack of professionalism on his company's success, he also used inappropriate language when he did so.

I would NEVER trust this company to handle any electrical issues in my home or anyone else's, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to do the same.

Why would anyone pay for work not performed? Instead of handling this like a professional and a grownup you have made it clear to anyone reading this review what kind of business they would be dealing with if they made the mistake of selecting your company. I use Dailey Electric here in Bryan for all my projects now. They are AWESOME.... and honest.
