The owner's are super nice and helpful. I understand that most electricians get really busy, but they take the time to apologize if they can't meet your schedule. The technicians are super helpful as well.

Worst company I've ever dealt with including the owner. I had them come out to fix a doorbell issue on a home they wired. While there, I asked for a quote for some work. They looked at it and said they'd get it to me in a day or two. Never heard back on the quote. Then I hired them to come out and replace a light fixture. Once again, I asked for the same quote on the other work. They took measurements and photos. Never heard back. I contacted them asked again about the quote and they stated they needed to come out again to look at the same project. So, I let them know how unhappy I was. The owner, John, called apologizing and stating how sorry he was that I kept getting the run around. He assured me that he would not only get me the quote but a great price on the work as well. I was so happy to hear that someone finally cared. He did get me the quote and the price was good. I emailed him three times over a couple of months with no response trying to schedule the work. He finally responded via text and is refusing to do the work because ""he is too busy""! This was months of time wasted on this company when there are electricians out there who actually care about customers. Avoid at all costs!
