I had a new HVAC system installed in Pelham by Douglas Heating and Cooling yesterday. I couldn't be more impressed with the service and attention to detail I received from my installer Jamie and his helper. Every aspect of my system was improved. My drain line was extended and sealed and improved from the condition it was in from the original time the home was built in 1998. That was not a necessary part of the system install but care was taken to be sure everything connected with the system was in excellent shape. I appreciate the extra care above the standard system install taken to give me a system in perfectly installed condition.

Douglas cooling and heating has installed all 3 of our units, maintained & repaired since we bought our new house in 2009. When I noticed water underneath the unit in basement last night, I called their office first thing this morning and Josh, a technician, called me back immediately!!! In fact, he is on his way right NOW to assess the situation to repair it and we can all breathe a little easier!! Coming from a background of my father and grandfather owning a heating and air company (both deceased) that was started the year I was born, in 1974, and a brother and cousins that are also in the HVAC business, I feel very confident that Douglas has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and that is once again evident by the efforts of Josh so far this morning!!!
