I had a Tesla electrical outlet installed about 7 months ago. It worked for about 3 months and now I can't properly charge my car because it's not working properly at the right voltage it was installed for. I've been trying for FOUR MONTHS now to get a hold of someone, just to see what the issue might be and how it can be resolved. I've left numerous voice mails, called 20-30 times. No one ever answers, no one ever calls back. Horrible horrible customer service and horrible work.

I've used Double J twice since moving to town and both times their electricians were on time, professional, courteous and fast! The first time we used them was when we purchased our new home. We had them swap out old fixtures and chandeliers for ceiling fans and can lighting. They sent two electricians and they did a great job! Today I had to call in an emergency as an unaffiliated contractor who was installing countertops in my kitchen cut the garbage disposal line and shorted out the GFCI circuit to my entire kitchen. I called Raquel in the office and she had Felipe at my house in under an hour. Their pricing is reasonable and their staffing is all great to work with.

Thomas and Dave arrived right on time to install a flush mounted ceiling fan and light. They were very courteous and worked hard to install the fan/light correctly. Then they offered to vacuum afterward. Very pleased with their work. Definitely recommend!

I would not recommend double J electric. They were late, very unprofessional, and rude. he put the wiring in backwards and I nearly burned my finger. I would not recommend them for anybody unless he wanted to commit suicide by electricity. Dr Kevorkian could have used some tips from these guys.

This guy Jamie from Double J electric is great. I needed my light switches replace inside my house and outdoor coach lights replaced. I called him to give me an estimate he arranged a time and day that worked with my schedule. He was on time and very professional, needless to say I hired him to do the job. Jamie arrived promptly at the scheduled time and installed My coach lights and outlets in a timely manner. He was professional and kept his work area clean and neat. Jamie's prices were right in line with my other quotes I received and I would definitely hire him again to do work for me. Give him a try you won't be disappointed.

I had a tricky job that many electricians told me cant be done. I called Jaime from Double J Electric and he said it was no problem. He finished the job in just 2 and a half days, appointed me to all the right equipment, and has given perfect customer service. 5 months ago i didnt know Jaime, and since then, he has earned my loyalty. There is NO other electrician i would consider before first consulting Jaime. Even on vacation he has made it a point to make sure my business has what it needs 24/7. His prices are reasonable, a great dude, great employees, and most importantly.... I trust him with the stability of my business by keeping my machines running at all times, even at incredibly inconvenient hours.
