I needed an Electric panel replaced because it was making noise. They called me back right away and offered a free estimate. They came the very next day on my schedule to look at my panel. When they looked at my panel they opened it up and actually replaced breakers so that my electricity would work until I could replace the panel on the weekend.

On the day of arrival two staff replaced my panel under the estimated time. The wiring was all neatly laid out and the mapped all the circuits. They installed a bigger panel so that in the future I'd have extra slots and gave me some spare breakers installed to use in the future.

The left the work site cleaner that when they got here and were very courteous and professional. Will definitely use again for any electrical needs.

As it was a Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised they answered the phone at 9am. They mentioned they had someone who could repair our generator, but was on vacation for a few more days. I asked a few questions, and he indicated that he could sell one they had for a good price, but was not at the office and could send me the information on the generator when he got in. I said he could text me the information. The need was immediate, as our generator was not working.

Another call to him at 11:33am asking for the information. He indicated that he was on a job site and would get me the information a little later.

4:58p, another call to him, still at the job site.

7:36p, another call to him, he's on his way home, would send me the information when he got to where he was going. I told him that I would need the information by the end of tonight or I would assume he was not interested in selling the generator. He explained that he couldn't just leave the job in the middle of the job. I have no problem with that, but really, this is just poor communication. I don't know if he hung up on me or if the signal got cut off, but the call ended abruptly. Thus far, that is my experience with them. I do not feel encouraged.

very nice people. they fixed our electrical problem we had in our dinning room and laundry room.very thankful we didnt have power in both rooms for almost a year cause we couldnt find someone to come out and fix the problem and they came out and fixed it and it only took them a hour. thank you so much

When I decided to replace my elec. meter I called Art Domingo. He said he was expert and knew all about the HECO rules/requirements. Gave me an estimate of $1500. Between Art and Heco they spent about 8 months to complete the job. During this time Art increased his price three times claiming the scope of work had change. This was a gimmick he used by low balling and then in the middle of the project he keep upping the price by about 80%- not very honest. I would never use him again nor recommend him to anyone. Called him early Monday morning. He told me that he would be at our house in Waipahu that day. Arrived at 10:00am. Fixed our light fixture and outlet. Reasonable price. I've already booked him for next week to replace our very old circuit breaker.

This is our first time using Double I. They are very professional. Was able to diagnosis the problem without any trouble. Pricing was reasonable. Didn't try to sell other services. On time.

Called the owner up to get a quote yesterday and he picked up right away, he was really friendly and came out the same day , which is really fast .
But his price seemed kinda high . So I decided to keep looking around for someone else.
