We found Mike through our home warranty, and ended up using him to replace our electrical panel for our house. He was quick to schedule the job and got it all done in less than a day. We had a small problem with a crack in the paint inside of the wall where the panel was replaced, and he came immediately to fix it. I just hired him again to install a ceiling fan, and had the same positive experience with his response time and quality of work. I would definitely use him again in the future!

Soooo if you're looking for good customer service, patience in helping you understand situation, someone that stays longer than 5 mins, someone who doesn't say let me go get an approval n then doesn't come back, someone that doesn't get upset when u ask questions, someone that doesn't get PISSED OFF N SLAMS yer front door when u ask for a copy of invoice before they walk out the door to leave, someone that doesn't call you names, THIS ISNT THE COMPANY!!!!! I put up a yelp comment early yesterday because of the crappy service that I got and then was called by the owner Mike Dorn saying that if I took the Yelp comment down he would come back out to my house in an hour. The first technician ghosted me. What that means is he came in for about three minutes. Said he had to go get an approval to change the breakers in my fuse box said he was going out to his car to get an approval. Three hours later he never shows back up, doesn't tell me that he's leaving or anything. I'm just sitting here waiting. I guess I have nothing to do all day . I took down the Yelp comment to get them to come back out to try to assess the problem. Well needless to say since he's the owner, I figured that I was going to get good customer service and a patient guy. I thought he would be someone who cares about their customers, SINCE HE IS THE OWNER, that's not the case. I received a text message from him yesterday saying it's not all about the customer. I have saved the text messages from his nasty comments to me and that comment right there was the main one. If you're looking for somebody to stay there for five minutes and pay them 85 bucks and you don't get any answers or they have to get an approval blah blah blah this is your company go for it don't say I didn't warn you!!! He also threatened my friend to call the home warranty company and have her home warranty canceled because he didn't like my attitude. I'm sorry Mike but it is all about customer service and the sooner you learn that the better, maybe you won't be going out of business like I heard the first technician say you were. I am not surprised at all. I'm sure you're going to put on here that I was a liar and all this other stuff but us customers are pretty smart n look out for each other especially since were the ones that keep you in business. I have never once put anybody on Yelp except for you, it was the worst customer service ever and you slapped my the front door because I wanted a copy of the invoice is completely ridiculous and totally disrespectful. You told me you had to go out to your truck write it up and that you were going to bring it in to me. The next thing I know you're driving away and you send it to me on a text message which I don't have a printer to print it out. Totally unprofessional on your part. You also didn't state on that invoice what you told me you were going to about the breakers. Just remember I didn't do this to you. You did this to you! I have to put at least one star because there's no negative stars here. Believe me one star is way too much. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH A RUDE OWNER MIKE DORN!!! It is my personal opinion that any good reviews about your company or you yourself is very stretching the truth. Please STOP PRIVATE MESSAGING ME on here because you don't want people to see it. If you don't stop I'm gonna post all of them on here so people know I'm not a liar.

Mike was great! He responded quickly and kept in constant communication on when he could come and when he would arrive. He was on time and did a great job. Price was competitive based on the quotes I received. Friendly, on time, responsive and also explained and showed where the wire burned out outlet.

I would highly recommend Mike and it looks like he will be our electrician moving forward.

Oh I want to add I want to thank Mike for coming on a Sunday and taking our job on a Saturday on what we thought was a serious issue.
