Having over 30 years in the electrical field, we have worked in diverse environments like hospitals, emergency rooms, operating rooms, industrial sites, residential areas, airports, and commercial spaces. Nearly two decades after launching DoneRite HVAC, Gary continues to expand the business alongside his son, Garrett Richardson. A graduate of LSU in construction management, Garrett has been gaining hands-on experience from his father since his high school days. He has also earned his own Statewide Mechanical License for Louisiana and is dedicated to upholding the strong work ethic and customer service standards established by his father. Kathy P.We hired DoneRite HVAC to replace our 17 year old HVAC system and we couldn't be happier. This is such a friendly family run business. Garrett from DoneRite promptly came out to check our unit, answered all of our questions, and the very next day we received the quote for the work to be done along with 4 possible HVAC systems in different price ranges to consider. Garrett was very concerned about our comfort while we waited for the new unit to be shipped. The old unit was leaking freon and the temperature in the house was staying around 87 degrees. He made an extra trip out to add some freon to keep us comfortable until the new system arrived, and called several times during this period to make sure we were okay. On installation day, Garrett and his crew did a very thorough job. It was obvious that they wanted to make certain that everything was working perfectly before they left. All of the employees that we interacted with were very nice, and concerned about us. They are an honest, responsive, meticulous, knowledgeable, professional business, and we felt that their prices were very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call them in the future when we need A/C or heating work done.
Eric S.QUICK!! Our AC unit was not cooling , I sent a request online . Garret called me right away and asked me a a few questions about the unit and the issues we were having . He provided A few possibilities that could be causing the issue, along with and estimate.
Garret showed up within a hour of talking on the phone and got right to it . Took him 30 minutes , and the price was exactly what he quoted . Definitely hire them again ! Nice work Garrett !
