When Rudy was here he was great. He was a hard worker that completed the job. I had requested installation of 8 exterior, wired cameras. The cameras were all installed, wires encased in protection, and painted as needed.

Rudy did cause some unnecessary damage during the installation but was professional enough to repair the damage without any extra charges.

The problem was that Rudy is very unreliable in terms of actually showing up. There were many cancelled appointments and he was usually hours late for appointments that he did manage to keep. He was terrible at returning texts in a timely manner.

Overall the security camera installation was completed, although it was more stressful and difficult than it could have been.

Rudy also helped me with a ring doorbell issue while he was here. There were issues the day after the troubleshooting that he performed. I contacted him multiple times and tried to give him a wide range of times to come assist with the issue. He once again was terrible and responding to texts and missed several appointments to come evaluate the issue.

It is extremely unfortunate that he has chosen to ignore me at this time. It has been 10 days and although the cameras are well installed his lack of follow through and communication still leaves me with a problem that I am required to hire another electrician.

This company gets 2 stars for job completed to my satisfaction. But loses 3 stars for lack of communication and leaving me hanging with an issue that arose secondary to his work.

Done right did a really great job with my small project. Not only did they make the appointment in under 24 hours, but the technician came on a Sunday. He drove to Home Depot to purchase the part for me, and only charged me for the price of the part. He was very friendly and explained everything. I would absolutely call Done Right Electric for any future electrical needs.

It would've been nice if they at least showed up to their appointment. Didn't return any of my messages when I asked if they were still coming or not.

Had a scary electrical issue. Technician(Rudy) came to the house exactly when he said he would be there. Professional and friendly. Diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. Thoroughly explained the issues and future concerns. Did a full system check once the problem was corrected. Thank you.

I had just installed a new hot water heater and discovered that the hot water heater plug wasn't working. I got on Yelp and sent out several estimate requests at midnight. Done Right Electric was the first to get back with me at 12:38 AM! They estimated $150-300 and could see me this morning. Rudy arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem as the wiring to the hot water heater going through some mystery box by the master panel. He fixed the problem and contacted the owner of the mystery box to find out why it was there. He then gave me the info on how to get them to come remove it. Total cost $150. Will definitely want to use them again.

Gave me a very reasonable quote right away after sending a message for quote on yelp; other companies were slow to reply. Very easy to work with and pleasant personality! Rudy gave me an estimate right away for a new switch for a garbage disposal and was even able to come out on a Sunday! The work ended up being a little more complicated and he still stuck with his word and charged me the original estimate. Not sure why the lack of reviews here, maybe because it's a small business? Either way, Rudy was an honest, solid guy who knows his stuff. I know folks are always wanting to use yelp to find well-vetted companies, but if you want honest, affordable work done by a small business just give Rudy a holler!

This company is great and fast! They did some work on my mom's house when we were getting it ready to sell. Trustworthy work (needed to pass home inspections) at a good price. Honest, trustworthy, respectable worker. Would highly recommend!!!
