I've had nothing but great, friendly, professional service from Dominic and team. They helped me out with some electrical work when I bought my house a few years back, and some additional work later on.

This may sound like a small thing, but they send a team Christmas card every year. I know it's great advertising on their part, but it makes me remember just how awesome these guys are. I hope the cards keep coming.

I need a little more work done around the house and will be calling them this week to set an appointment.

I learned about them through a referral from a friend, and I'm glad. Dominic is the only business I will use for my electrical needs.

These guys are the best. They care, their smart, they get it done and they don't overcharge. Own a few businesses and they are always supportive. Also, they are very communicative and polite and will take the time to explain what went wrong and what they fixed and even a dope like me can understand.

Dominic is very knowledgable and priced well. Our company has used him on our residential and commercial buildings (both for flips and long term investments). He is very direct and detail oriented which makes communication very easy. I've mostly dealt with Dominic, the owner and head electrician, sandy, the office manager, and Rich, one of his foreman. They are all very helpful, knowledgable, and solutions oriented. Just got rough signed off on a 6 unit building two days ago and a few weeks back they completed a small repair in a unit and just charged trip charge and small material fee. Great electrician for any range of needs!

Too bad about the bad reviews. I have had great luck with these guys and I even had them out and the work we planned on doing was impossible due to the ceiling joists being in the way. The worker was really cool about it even though he drove to my house and ended up only doing $45 worth of work. I called them back out a week later after I changed the ceiling joists and ""snap"" 20 minutes later two 4"" recessed lights installed and working perfectly. YMMV. LOL

I have used Domonic numerous times at my condo and now at my house. They always take care of all of my electrial needs. His staff is knowledgable and friendly. I would reccomend them to anyone.

This place is one of the most unprofessional and rude companies I have ever dealt with. First they come out to look at an issue at a tenants location and when I call to follow up (since they never called me back after 5 days) they try and oversell what is needed like a bad car mechanic. They would not listen to me at all and they started yelling on the phone and hung up. If you do not swallow all the BS they are saying (and over pay dearly for it) I guess they have been trained to hang up the phone on their customers

I could just imagine their customer service and follow up on issues if this is the way they treat potential customers.

They don't return calls right away or not at all. I am still waiting to hear when they can send an electrician a day after my initial call. No one has called me yet this morning and no one answers the office phone. I have left multiple messages this morning and 3 hours later I am still waiting for a call back. I went with Huntington Beach Electrical Experts instead.
