This company was sent for Choice Home Warranty to fix ceiling fan. Ramiro for company said it needed to be replaced. I had an extra new fan that he put in and told me that I would get $70.00 back from Electric company. I still have not received this and also paid him $45 cash for the trade call fee. Beware of this company. I will also contact the Home Warranty about what I feel is theft! According to the warranty company they were paid $165 from them plus my $45.00 trade call fee

Our exterior patio outlet wore out. Dominguez responded quickly and repaired the outlet. We are so impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work, we are highering him to do some other electrical work around our home. I cannot say enough good things about this team of professionals and genuine great people.

They were sent by my home warranty company to repair a stove exhaust hood. The technician stated that the hood needed to be replaced and I had to purchase the part myself first then I would be reimbursed later. I thought this to be different but stated I will need some time to move some money then I will be able to purchase the part. Once I did so, the company sent 3 young men out who did the work but attempted to charge me a second time. I informed them that they were finishing a previous repair and were not supposed to charge me a second time. Later while I was awaiting reimbursement, I found out Dominguez electric was supposed o reimburse me. Unfortunately, the technician under priced the replacement and now the company is giving me the run around after seeing that he misquoted the part/shipping/tax for the part. I am still awaiting reimbursement a month later. The company is giving me the run around saying they are awaiting approval and not replying with updates. As a disabled veteran, I'm truly disgusted at the lack of professional service of this company. I would not do any business with this company if I could avoid it. They will do all they can to take advantage of a situation and provide dishonorable service to you. That is a fact.

I have mysterious electric. My power kept going on and off in my house and could not figure out the problem. I had called another company out that was not able to find the problem. Or should I say didn't take the time.
I called Dominguez Electric. They came out that day and traced the issue. They fixed part of it and set up an appointment for the rest to be done within a very responsible time.
This company has proven to me that they are fair in price, work hard for their customers and are very respectful and generally concerned about the customer and their electrical issues. Safety is very important to them as well.

I hired this business as a recommendation from Home Depot to install a ceiling fan and they did not install properly. Reached out to get someone to come fix it but no response. Definitely would not hire again.

Through my Home Warranty, I hired Dominguez Electric. I was not very pleased with the customer service I received. Dominguez Electric failed to make their appointment and did not call until following day to reschedule. The individual never confirmed they'd be able to make a scheduled appointment in the near future, even after ignoring their initial appt. I took time away from work to make myself available to have my issue resolved. It was a breaker switch out...and I had to hire another electrician to come in and take 5 minutes to swap it out.

Real house that was on the strike team before Rick started. Rick came in and did a great job to start. Before I knew it there was something else going on with him and his partner and the job did not end well. A year later I'm still trying to get it past the city. Had to hire a new electrical contractor to get it done. Rick will not respond to phone calls or text messages he is obviously moved on. So I highly suggest if you hire them for your job do not pay him up front and make sure he gets the s*** done. How about that and by the way I've always paid him on time no matter what but he just walked away.

Loved how respectful our electrician Richard was. He was a very hard worked and got the work done in a very quick amount of time. I would recommend Dominguez Electric again. If I ever have another issue I know which service I will use in the future.

GREAT, Prompt, efficient service! We called on a Saturday thru Choice home warranty, and they had a electrician there Monday morning by
9 am. They found the problem of the stove not working due to electrical/breaker box issues, and fixed it promptly and were on their way.
Talk about being efficient and professional--we recommend them and plan to use them again in the future for any electrical needs. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed! Thanks, Dominquez Electric!

We found Dominguez electric through the Home Depot contractor services needing some recessed lighting installed. We didn't really know what to expect but were extremely satisfied with our experience with Dominguez electric. After we submitted the request via Home Depot, Ricardo called very quickly afterwards and spoke with us about what we were needing and gave us a quote. He also set up an appointment to complete the work for us within 48 hours of our initial request submission. He talked us through what parts we needed. While we were at the store buying the parts- we texted him pictures of some options and he gave us recommendations while we were In the store. He arrived with his brother and began working on our lights. It wasn't a straightforward job since the placement of the lights had some issues including joists and A/C ducts in the way. They worked to make sure we had the placement we wanted despite the obstacles. The pricing was extremely fair (we called and got quotes from other electricians and they said they couldn't match what Dominguez Electric quoted us). Ricardo was friendly, gave us extremely fair pricing, customer support throughout the entire process, and did great work for us. I would recommend Ricardo to anyone needing electric work done.
