My experience with Doc Watts was terrific ! After the first phone call with Stephen everything fell into place quickly .
I needed a new LED light bulb replaced in my master closet . Both Alex and Jordan came out after only waiting 2 days . They were very professional and knowledgeable . They also changed out a couple of other bulbs with LED and what a difference it makes !

I would recommend them to anyone for the expert service and complete satisfaction .

Called to get a quote for an electrical line to be run for a hot tub and the guy tells me ""oh, for that, you'll need to email info@.... blah blah blah."" I told him no thanks, I'm not doing more work to get you work. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL! Business must be good. Go elsewhere!!

I have fears of calling repair service technicians because you never know what to expect. I called Doc Watts based on reviews on the online Yellow Pages and found the raves to be well-deserved. It might seem weird to be asked to send a pic by text to the tech before he came out, but I was assured by the service rep that this was to save me time and to make his trip more efficient. Based on what he saw in the picture I sent, the tech picked up parts on the way to my home, in case he needed them, and was able to replace the breaker and test the panel in well under an hour. He also handled my landlord's numerous (and repeated) questions without complaint and with the utmost professional demeanor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical repair or other services in their home or business. I will certainly be keeping their number handy in my new home!

I am so pleased with George of Doc Watts Electric. In selling my house, the inspector noted that I needed to replace an outdated breaker panel. I was referred to George by a friend who recently had the same work performed at her house. George came out the very next morning to take a look, sent the quote the following day, and was at my house getting the job done the next day. He was professional, friendly, and very reasonable. In fact, he was a few hundred dollars cheaper than my realtor told me to expect. I will not hesitate to contact this company again for any electrical work. I see another review from 2015 giving only 1 star- I can assure you that must be a fake review- George is a professional and knows his craft.

After a referral from a friend who is our go to AC engineer, George responded to a call for help in our new home. He was prompt and set up an appointment that fit both our schedules. George inspected the issue and was able to make a professional diagnoses. His root cause analysis warranted further research and got back to us when he said he would. Up to this point my spouse and I had been fleeced by a major electrical contractor that never could give us a straight answer on what the problem was but wanted to charge us big dollars to fix a yet unknown issue.
