We had Doc Watts install a generator for us thru Lowes. The install was good, work was clean and it functioned. We've since upgraded a bit and added in a solar system. Doc Watts, did not do the solar but they did work on the Generator tie in to it (and yes it's 100% doable and amazing!.) This was, I think there first time doing that solar tie in and so there was some issues, but it was all resolved. Since then everything has been functional and they have come out to service our unit for the maintenance.

Just moved into our home yesterday to find 5 outlets in the kitchen that would not keep the breaker on.
Called them today and they were out by 3pm, repaired our issue, and were on their way after explaining everything!
They've got a customer for life!

I used this company for a generator installation. 26kw air cooled unit was installed 20 feet into rear yard. Underground conduit installed back to my panels. No issues with the techs, salesman, and office staff. Everything was done in a very professional manner, the work is clean and neat. Pricing was mid range on 4 estimates. Cheaper then the big competitor that just sells generators, but slightly more expensive then the two smaller companies.

We hired this firm to get our driveway and garage lights on. They sent a technician who wasn't adequately trained and ran up a $1200 bill over 2 visits. Our lights still don't work. We are very disappointed.

I suggest that you request an estimate before you request their help. My experience was a mixed bag. I requested help in wiring a timer for my pool pump motor. I had been unsuccessful with my attempts. The technicians that arrived said it would be a simple job done easily within an hour. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the timer to have the motor work for more than a few seconds. They could not program the unit or have the manual override to keep the motor running. They left and I was still unable to operate the pool pump. The installation of a two wires ($3.90 material charge) resulted in a $248.10 invoice. I thought that that was pricey for an unsuccessful house call. My complaint to the company resulted in a reduced charge of $185 (minimum charge for an hour ... successful or not) + materials (8' +/- of wire). I ultimately replaced the timer (again) myself.
Nice people ... incomplete work that I feel overcharged for.

Contracted to replace an old Federal Pacific breaker panel. Contractor arrived on the agreed date and worked all day replacing the panel and rebuilding the chase. The electricians went way above and beyond to make certain we had power that evening. Inspector was well pleased stating that professional jobs like this made his life a lot easier. Site was left clean and I certainly recommend this company for any electrical work. Would definitely use again.

Really nice field crew! They were early, and did a fabulous job installing a new GFI outlet. They were quick and professional. Would call them again.

My experience with Doc Watts was terrific ! After the first phone call with Stephen everything fell into place quickly .
I needed a new LED light bulb replaced in my master closet . Both Alex and Jordan came out after only waiting 2 days . They were very professional and knowledgeable . They also changed out a couple of other bulbs with LED and what a difference it makes !

I would recommend them to anyone for the expert service and complete satisfaction .

Special thanks to Jonah for the follow up phone call to get things going !

Way to go guys , thank you again !

Called to get a quote for an electrical line to be run for a hot tub and the guy tells me ""oh, for that, you'll need to email info@.... blah blah blah."" I told him no thanks, I'm not doing more work to get you work. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL! Business must be good. Go elsewhere!!

Not sure if they are good or not but they wasted my time by changing/postponing my appointment 3 times. I decided to hire another company.
