DNZ was assigned by the manufacturer to respond to my water heater warranty claim with a call within 24 hr of my claim to schedule an appt. It's been almost a week and never even heard from DNZ. Ive tried to reach them by phone twice and only option is to leave a voice message. Of course they have not called me back. Not sure if this company even exists. If they do exist, why?

DNZ property was the company that that was assigned the job through Home Depot Protection Plan. There has been a constant issue with customer communication with DNZ Property Services.

Before the initial visit, Home Depot makes it clear that although we had an appointment, to not take the day off from work until DNZ call to confirm. I made the appointment 1.5 weeks ahead of time. When we got 48 hours before the appointment and I hadn't heard from them, I started calling them. I called 4 times.... no answer. No return call. The day of the appointment they came during the appropriate window. That part was fine. He needed to order a new motor. I asked him how long they normally that to come in. He said 3 or 4 days.

Fast forward two weeks later..... no word from them. I called once a day for 4 days to see if the part had come in, left messages. Never heard from them.

I called Home Depot and asked them to change companies. I cannot work with a company that does not communicate with customers.

Two days after I canceled the job with DNZ, they called and asked why. I told them. He said.... ""Well we get busy sometimes""

Have a fairly new Whirlpool refrigerator that is not making ice. Home Depot sent out DNZ to access the problem. The tech ordered a new ice maker and it came in about two weeks. So two weeks later the tech comes out to install and they ordered the wrong part. OK, whatever. So it comes in later the next week. I schedule an appointment and they didn't show up. When I called their # the service rep said she simply has no idea why they didn't show up. OK, so we push it out another week for them to come out and replace it.

So over a month into the issue they finally replace the ice maker and guess what? It still doesn't work. What was more irritating is that the rep just walked in my house and went straight to the kitchen, startling my wife. I asked the rep why he just walked in and he said because the door was unlocked.

So over 6 weeks into the process and they miss another appointment so I call the rep and he bitches me out and yells at me for him not remembering the appt and 'I should have called him, he then encouraged I work with a different company'. lol ok...

So I call Home Depot to request a new company. The appointment was today and it was again referred to DNZ. I told the guy to just go home and here I am again at just over 2 months waiting for my next appointment hopefully 'not' from DNZ.

Sears,

Sears and the repair team is a JOKE. I purchased a NEW Refrigerator and the ice maker isn't working correctly. The tech has replaced the unit 2 times and its still isn't working.
We have been waiting over 3 weeks and a total of 3 months to have this issue resolved. MY GOD, what is it going to take to have this refrig replaced?

We have been getting the run around for weeks/months, saying the tech haven't place the information into the system so were unable to help you Ms Green. This is TOTALLY unacceptable and NOT great customer service.

We have purchased most of our appliance from SEAR's for years and this is the first time I've ever has such POOR experience.

PLEASE HEP in anyway possible.

I had called them for appliance repair on my washing machine, David was the technician and I gotta say he was very professional and knew what he was doing, I asked what was wrong (water was not draining) he went into detail about what can cause the drain pump to go bad and how to avoid it in the future

21 days to repair washer REALLY??
First i must say that they came to repair SEARS warranty item, it took one week for the tech to arrive and then i was told that it would take 10 days to 2 weeks for part to arrive, on top of that sears doesnt give crap who they subcontract for their jobs, had to call numerous times to get an update on parts status and even when the part got there had to wait another week for them to show up worst customer service ever stay away and save your self a headache. Given tech that came over to do the repair(saturday from 1 to 5) was professional and knew his job. So too conclude, read reviews and demand the best, because youll pay for it one way or the other.

I had been told to call this company as an approved installer for a recalled part on my Rheem water heater. I called at least 3 times over several days and left very polite messages. Not one call was ever returned. After a week without hot water I called back the water heater company and they gave me a new contractor to work with who called me back in 30 minutes and was at my house within 4 hours. The person from DNZ never did return my calls - not even a week later. Very very bad customer service. I would have appreciated ANY sort of call back to let me know they were overbooked or a message on the machine that said they were on vacation. Anything. I will happily let anyone know who may ask that I would NEVER waste my time calling this company if you need to get service of any kind.

I don't know about the rest of their services, but, their appliance repair scheduling is horrible. NO customer service. I had put in a request through Sears and the initial appointment was scheduled. A part needed to be ordered, the part was received and a follow up scheduled for 2-6PM. At 5:30 the technician called and said he would be much later than 6, so I asked to reschedule. The nightmare began. I could NEVER get a call back, I left a message with 10 different days of availability and no appointment scheduled. I finally got Sears involved and an appointment scheduled for 8-2pm, at 4 on the appointed day, the technician finally showed up. He started to move the refrigerator out, onto my hardwood floor with NO PROTECTION for the floor. When I asked nicely if he could put something down to protect the floor, he reluctantly got some cardboard out of his truck and cut it up to protect the floor. Given the choice, I would never use this company again.

Came out on a request for electrical services through my home warranty company. Fairly simple request a couple of bad electrical switches that needed replacing. Said he would have to get authorization for them. That was three weeks ago. I have not heard a thing back.

Left a message with the contractor. No response.

Good: He didn't ask for the initial fee.
Bad: He asked the home warranty company to bill me for the initial fee. - Fat Chance!
