they serviced our property via home warranty company. When they contacted the tenants, they got the name address wrong on two separate phone calls when scheduling the appointment. I requested a service for upstairs bathroom electric issues (lights). he showed up and told the tenants that he was there for appliance exhaust issues, not to fix lights. He then told the home warranty people that he went out there to replace light tubes and that was not his job. I explained to the home warranty people that why would i pay 75 bucks for someone to go there to simply replace light tubes that were not broken.

He then gave home warrant company some bullshit excuse the connectors were partially covered by some paint therefore not functioning correctly. I asked the warranty people if that's the case how come he didn't take the time to scrape off the paint and test out if the lights worked afterwards? he didn't do anything but simply lied to the tenants and walked off with 75 dollars service fee that he didn't deserve.

The electrician person has no clue what he went out there to the property for and made up some lies after realizing he isn't competent enough to fix the necessary issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL.,

Nikolay is the best! We have had a very unusual electrical problem which basically would have left our house without any power. Nikolay went above and beyond the call of duty by coming on Mothers Day at 6:30 a.m. He got our power back and has continued to help us through this inconvenience until our parts arrive. Just to let you know, that after reading some of the negative reviews, which is what I always look at, I was very unhappy that American Home Shield Warranty had contracted with this company. I was expecting the worse. Boy was I wrong, we were very pleased with all aspects of Nikolay of DNZ Property Services: Nikolay arrived in the earlier part of the 4 hour window. He was polite, friendly and professional. He questioned us regarding our concerns and immediately went to work, accessing the situation and quickly diagnosing the problems. He corrected some poor wiring and exhaust fan issues. He ordered a replacement part for the heating element to the exhaust fan and plans to return within one week to install the part. We really think AHS made an excellent choice in recommending Nikolay of DNZ. Could not have been a more pleasant experience, really! The guy is just sincere and takes care of business in an expeditious manner with no stress on the customer.

If I could give a zero I would. This company is unProfessional .. I called and The guy came and looked at my heater and changed it and said he would come back to fix the issue but never did.. I called many times..I don't think he knows what he was doing so that's why I guess he never returned all the messages I Left him ..Do not use this company.. Not reliable at all!! Save yourself the headaches

I was assigned this service through American Home Shield. I told the individual what the issue was with my fan, she said she needed to send someone out. He came by, 6:45 AM - woke up my kids and moved them to another room, said that the authorization was for a different type of ceiling fan and that he will come back. He never came back. he reported to the company that we had ""abused"" the fan because it was shorted, and that it was not normal wear and tear. What does that mean? It is shorted and that is normal wear and tear. I feel like companies like this take accounts with American Home Shield to screw the consumer. They also sent a bill for $75.00 for his 3 minutes of doing nothing. This is a poor way to run a business.

Started off promising. Nikolay showed up on time, was friendly, and tried to assess the issue. He couldn't and said he'd come back once he had checked with the insurance company that sent him. This was a Friday and he said he'd call Monday. He never did. I called him and someone hung up on me. I figure he was either scamming the insurance company or just didn't want to take on a potentially problematic job. I hired another electrician who solved the problem in 20 minutes.

This company was unprofessional from the scheduler to the worker who never showed up for the job. I was assigned this company through American Home Shield like some other reviewers. The scheduler called me the day before to confirm that they would be at my house between 7am & 11am but never bothered to ask me any details about my electrical problem before she abruptly hung up the phone before I could ask any questions. On the day the work was to be done, I waited at home from 7am to 11am and the technician was a no-show. I called DNZ Property Services and was told they would call the technician and find out where he was. I never heard back from them after 20 minutes, so I decided to call American Home Shield to express my displeasure. After putting me on hold in order to speak with DNZ, they were told that their technician had an accident and asked me if I wanted to re-schedule. I find it hard to believe that the technician had an accident after reading other Yelp reviews stating that their technician was a no-show on more than one occasion as well.
I don't want DNZ Property Services anywhere near my property in the future! I'm also having doubts about American Home Shield's selection of contractors.

Tried multiple times to get this person to come address an electrical problem at my house. He scheduled me twice and never showed or called. I should've learned after the first no-show, but after the second I called another electrician who came and completed the job next day. Good luck trying to get him to show up at your house to do any work.
