Our bathroom fan stopped working. Nikolay from DNZ was assigned to diagnose and resolve the issue. He showed up in a timely manner and he quickly resolved the issue! My fan is back up and running and I'm happy! I recommend Nikolay from DNZ to get the job done right!

Nikolay from DNZ was sent out by my home warranty service to repair a garage outlet that wasn't working. He diagnosed the issue immediately and explained how I can prevent it from happening again. He was so friendly and knowledgeable that I asked him about another electrical problem we were having and he was able to resolve that for us as well! I have had some negative experiences with other technicians sent by my home warranty provider and Nikolay's quick and honest service was greatly appreciated. I would recommend DNZ highly!

DNZ electrician, Nikolay, shows up to the house and tells us that he can't work on the light fixture because our kitchen was being renovated after water damage. Can't figure out what the renovation has to do with it, considering the light fixture is partition off with plastic barrier from the rest of the kitchen. We can't figure out how he knows that without looking or climbing a ladder to look at the fixture. He stand there looking up, talking about the inner electrical components needs to be replaced. He immediately ask for his $100 payment for Sears Home Warranty visit. Then the guy says, he has to go back to Sears and get approval before he knows if the light fixture is covered. He tells us that he will send us an e-mail or text the same day letting us know if Sears Home Warranty gives him the ok to repair the light fixture. We go three or four days until we decide to call DNZ property and Sears to ask whether our repair claim was approved. When we get DNZ on the phone, they tell us that they haven't heard from Sears and we have to call Sears to find out. Bottom line, DNZ Property took our money and never contacted us, as they promised, to tell us the Home Warranty approved or disapproved. DNZ office response was, ""...Not my problem, you call your Home Warranty to find out about your repair...."" Stay away from DNZ!!. Their attitudes seem to be, ""give me my $100 and I will stand around talking about the problem might be."" DNZ knows how to play the home warranty game. Also, considering DNZ works for the Home Warranty company, why doesn't the technician know what is covered. Also, if you make promises to your customer, be honest and responsive and call your customer back to follow up, as you promise. DNZ is a rip-off that cares about their $100 co-pay, customer service is poor and their technician does a lot of talk, rather then prove their techincal ability to check out the actual equipment.

Nikolay was amazing!! Our heater wasn't working and our house was 51°. I called and explained that I had 2 young kids - and within two hours we had heat! Nikolay came as soon as he could and was a pro. He was kind and professional. He fixed the electrical issue and we felt heat coming through within 15 minutes of him coming to the house. Amazing. Definitely recommend!!

Nikolay was very helpful. I was having problems with the breaker sparkling and the lights flickering and Nikolay came by and found the problem and fixed it right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and went through some of the causes of the issue and suggested what to do to avoid things getting damaged. Thank God he was able to come by so fast to fix it. DNZ was sent out by my home warranty. The technician was coming to fix the doorbell and arrived only to find he did not have one in his truck. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, he told me I had to reschedule which for me means taking another day off work, losing income and waiting for them to arrive. The work order was for a broken doorbell ~ he should have checked his work orders and know what supplies he needed for his jobs. I don't understand, when one has a work order for a specific project, why they would not come prepared. I asked if he was going to get a doorbell and come back and he said no he was too busy and I had to reschedule. My entire experience with this company from the booking to the service call was totally unprofessional and frustrating. I cannot in good conscience recommend DNZ to others.
