Nikolay was very helpful. I was having problems with the breaker sparkling and the lights flickering and Nikolay came by and found the problem and fixed it right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and went through some of the causes of the issue and suggested what to do to avoid things getting damaged. Thank God he was able to come by so fast to fix it. DNZ was sent out by my home warranty. The technician was coming to fix the doorbell and arrived only to find he did not have one in his truck. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, he told me I had to reschedule which for me means taking another day off work, losing income and waiting for them to arrive. The work order was for a broken doorbell ~ he should have checked his work orders and know what supplies he needed for his jobs. I don't understand, when one has a work order for a specific project, why they would not come prepared. I asked if he was going to get a doorbell and come back and he said no he was too busy and I had to reschedule. My entire experience with this company from the booking to the service call was totally unprofessional and frustrating. I cannot in good conscience recommend DNZ to others.

This is my first Yelp review. Nikolay is truly amazing: he is jolly, savvy, professional, honest and extremely competent. He came into my house and diagnosed the issue within a couple of minutes. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Now, this is something you would expect from any professional electrician. Not quite. Nikolay was called in as the ""second opinion"" tech after a tech from a different company came in a day before and showed a lack of competence, dishonesty or both. I could not tell after a while. Basically, the first tech came in and tried to by-pass the home warranty company by mis- diagnosing the issue, (Purposefully? Incompetent? I don't know for sure) in order to say that the item was ""not covered"" and immediately offered to fix for cash right there and then. I refused this service.
Nikolay came in, he was straightforward. He went in, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Truly, as consumers, we expect honesty, competency and professionalism from experts we welcome to our home and place our trust to address our needs. Niklolay went above and beyond. I am glad people like him are out there.

DNZ changed the light switch under my Sears Home Warranty Plan Nikolay was prompt and courteous and completed the job very quickly. I was impressed with their follow up, they provided text messages and emails confirming my appointment. it was really refreshing to have a company that is on top of things.
