Mike at DMR electric really knows his stuff. I have worked with DMR over the past several years and they've been extremely professional. Most of the projects DMR have done for me have been solar hookups, panel upgrades and electric car power stations. I will continue to hire DMR for future projects!

We give this rating due to DMR's resolution of an unexpected problem with the installation of the generator we bought from them. Many businesses might walk away. They did the right thing.

Their crew arrived promptly, worked cleanly and carefully, and were nice to be around. All went according to plan until the generator itself failed to operate properly. DMR spent hours, called in all the expertise of their staff, and the manufacturer, and ultimately determined the unit itself was the problem.

Rather than making us wait for them to resolve the issue with the manufacturer, they quickly agreed to replace the unit so we would have this backup system in place the next time the power went out (which occurred the next day and lasted for 30 hours). The system worked flawlessly.

We got to know much of their crew from all the time they put in here and recommend them from Steve who first visited and gave us our cost estimate, to Samuel who prepared the site, to Mike B who led the install team, to Mike R, the company president who expedited resolution of the issues with honesty and good humor.

So, all this said, five stars and thank you!

Our main service panel needed replacement. DMR responded quickly, scheduled the swap out with PG&E and seamlessly replaced / upgraded the panel. We have also use them for our commercial property on tenant improvements, their attention to detail is so refreshing, you know the work will be done right the first time.

DMR's attention to detail made them my first call for a bid when I moved. DMR did multiple electrical upgrades at my first house always arriving on time, ensuring areas were cleaned before they left with finished work that exceeded my expectations. When I moved they installed in wall surrounds, exterior speakers, lights & fans. It looked like it was all part of the original build but with far superior materials compared to the builder grade. Looking forward to the next time I need DMR.

In my first experience with DMR I had a simple lighting project in a garage of a townhouse. I was surprised at the level of detail and precision taken in the work despite the low-end application. After that project I knew I had found an electrician I could trust. Subsequently I have had DMR install new can lighting, assist with retrofitting electrical for home technology and audio/video applications and consultation regarding the amperage in our home. Most importantly, DMR saved a remodel project when the general could not properly complete the work.
