This review is for service rendered December 2021. I appreciate Derek's work ethic and professionalism. We requested services for an electrical issue but we also discussed much needed repairs for our bathroom. Derek was very open to discussing options and helped assess an issue for wiring in our home that he deduced should be addressed with LAWDP before further work to be completed. Thank you Derek.

Hands down the best electrician I have ever dealt with. Derek went over and beyond to meet all of our electrical needs. He worked late hours and was always available. We were more than satisfied with all of his services.

Our job consisted of a kitchen remodel as well as lighting and electrical outlet changes. Derek is very knowledgeable and made a very confusing situations seem simple. I would highly recommend him with any electrical work and felt as though his pricing was very fair and his work was excellent!!!

We will continue to only use Derek with all of our electrical needs going forward.

Derek is a nice person and was available, but I was expecting more. If you're interested in DKNG, check that the license covers your repair. I was in need of a licensed electrician which DKNG is not.

It was also frustrating how DKNG continued to diagnose the circuit even though Derek mentioned earlier he needed another technician. I felt there was no need to continue troubleshooting if more tools and personnel were needed.

I was also surprised how he didn't have a light bulb to troubleshoot lighting. I mentioned a light was out in my master bath. I had to provide a light bulb to prove that the light was in fact out.

Derek installed a Ring doorbell for me. He was efficient and the work was completed perfectly. He showed up on time (actually early) and was great with communication and setting my expectations. He reviewed options with me, showed me how to configure my Ring device and doubled checked everything. He even took my old doorbell and used it to replace a broken doorbell on a second unit, even though the wire needed to be extended, he did not charge me extra. I'm very picky person, and he exceeded my expectations. I would hire him again.

Derek did an amazing job. He came out to my home on Saturday to see what the issue was causing the breaker to trip frequently. He educated me and my husband on the problem. He put in the order for the part and kept up good communication during the whole week while we waited for the part to come in. The best part about his work is he value of Safety first! He also saw that once the bad breaker was removed the main wire was melted and not safe. He replaced both wires and the breaker. It was awesome work and a great value. Thank you Derek! We look forward to working with you again.

I give Derek and his work a five star rating based on the job completed and the knowledge provided. He did exactly what needed to be done to remedy the faulty outlet that was creating a spark every time we turn on the switch which was a fire hazard. He also explained why it was happening, verify that the line was the appropriate gauge and got the issue corrected. He also explained to me why situations like the one that was occurring based on the type of wiring my house has how to prevent from me overloading the line. It was a same-day appointment and now I have power back in my kitchen and dining room. Will use his services again when needed.

On Sunday evening, I lost half of the power in the house. I contacted several electricians via Yelp. Derek contacted me within an hour, told me how much he would charge for his services, came to the house and diagnosed the issues on the same day. He was able to come back on Wednesday with supplies, and thankfully power was restored. Right after that, there was another electric issue I noticed. He returned to my house and fixed it without charging extra.

I definitely trust this company and I will use him again.

I had Derek come out to diagnose an issue with the microwave not heating. He and his technician came out, opened it, put it back as is, tried it, and of course it didn't work. He then said the cost of replacing it would be cheaper than fixing, and took the money, but without actually diagnosing the issue or telling me what's wrong.

It took me a couple of hours of watching YouTube to know that it was simply a 4$ switch that needed to be replaced instead of replacing a 900$ microwave oven.

1 star for committing to diagnose an issue he has no idea about.
