Division 16 Electrical Service

I bought a new Lennar home in 2019, 3+ years ago. The community electric contractor for Lennar was Division 16 Electric. Recently, I've had 3 circuit breakers fail/click off and not reset. Two of the circuit breakers were replaced by another electric company, but when the third circuit failed, I contacted Lennar to request their intervention in investigating and resolving this problem. Lennar told me that my warranty on this part of my home had expired, and that I needed to contact Division 16 to report any issues with the electric system. I tried contacting Division 16 four different times. The only response I got was a recorded message that they would return my call or email soon. I have not heard from them yet. I trust that Division 16 will honor this customer with a response and remedial action.

This is by far the worst electrical company I've ever dealt with. Steer clear-they can't do the simplest of jobs, their employees are incompetent and can't speak English and you'll eventually have to get another company to do the work they can't. Took us for a lot of money for nothing and then tried to say we were lying!
Run away!!
