The team at Divine Electric is excellent. Jason and Bryan, our installation specialists, were complete professionals and went above and beyond in their work today. A few issues came up during the install, and they resolved each of them with reassurance and a smile. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We are home owners in San Anselmo, and take investments in our home very seriously. I couldn't be happier, and would gladly recommend Divine for any project!

I was just pleased able to get an electrician out on short notice for a few lights I needed installed. The woman I spoke to on the phone was a delight and Nathan turned out to be excellent, job was done beautifully, customer service was perfect and I ended up getting even more done than planned! Sam came out to my house to quote me on installing a nema 14-50 for my new Tesla. He was very professional and also recommended installing the plug in a perfect location. The price was a little higher than competitors but I like to support local companies and you get what you pay for. The install took about half a day with 2 of their technicians and did a great job! They made sure everything looked good before they left. I called them a couple days later to change something on the plug for me and they got to it right away and fixed the issue the next day. I'm glad I chose Devine Electric for the installation. They have amazing customer service and great technicians. If you want the job done right you know where to go.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris and his team from Divine Electric!

I reached out to Divine Electric to install a new exterior main electric panel, replace exterior outlets, and add new outlets in our crawl space to power two sump pumps.

Chris arrived on time at my home for my estimation appointment. We discussed the scope of the project, reviewed where it would take place, as well as some additional work I wanted done as part of a separate phase.

Chris did all the estimation for both phases right there in my living room in under 20 minutes. He generated 7-8 custom estimates based on different features of the solutions and warranties. This was great because it enabled me to quickly decide which solutions fit my needs and budget for each phase. I worked with Divine Electric's front desk to pay for the work and schedule it. They also handled all permits and scheduled the necessary inspections with the city and PG&E.

Prior to the actual project date, I reached out to Chris numerous times with questions about the details of the work. He was always patient and friendly, answering my questions and providing outstanding customer service.

On the day of the job, Chris and his team - David and Isaac - arrived at my home ready to go. I was impressed on how quickly (yet meticulously) they moved through each portion of the work. A PG&E rep arrived half way through and even commented on the quality and speed of the team.

When they were close to completion, I realized that they weren't intending to stucco up where they had cut in. Chris and I realized there was a misunderstanding of what I believed the work to have included versus what he did/had estimated. Chris took responsibility for the confusion and made it right on the spot at no additional cost. I was really impressed by Chris's frank honestly and integrity regarding this, and his desire to ensure client satisfaction.

While Divine Electric was more expensive than other providers I spoke with, the ease in working with them, the quality of the work, and the fact they truly stand being behind it made it a no brainer for me that they're worth the premium. I would definitely recommend Divine Electric and will use them again (and soon!).

5 star service for Divine Electric! Chris and Jason are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, competent and professional. They came to our home, did a huge job, cleaned up their mess and got done quicker than expected. Also, it was raining out and they put on booties to cover their shoes everytime they came in.

We will definitely use Divine Electric again, especially if we can request Chris and Jason for the job.

Just had my first experience with Divine Electric and I couldn't be more impressed or satisfied with the outcome.

First off, I received a text from their dispatcher, informing me on my technician's timeline and ETA. This made it extremely easy for me to be able to plan when to leave work.

Nathan, my technician, arrived, introduced himself, gave me his card, and put on protective footies over his work boots before entering (which I really appreciated because it's rainy and muddy). He came in, went down Divine's work plan, told my what to expect, and quickly got to accessing the situation. He immediately identified the issue, fixed it on-site, and put everything back together.

Not only do I have power back to both of my bathrooms but I have cable again and will be able to watch the Superbowl this Sunday.

Paul and the whole team from Divine Electric are phenomenal. Their focus on customer service, dedication to quality, and responsiveness is unparalleled. It was great to get a walk-through of the electrical system in our new house, and Paul did excellent work on a few projects we had lined up for the day, and somehow the work area was left cleaner and nicer than when he got there. We'll absolutely be working with Divine Electric again.

I highly recommend this firm. They do excellent work, and are very professional and courteous. I was really pleased with the attention to detail they brought to my job. I had a more complicated project in my home, and I was very happy that Jon who came over to scope and provide a quote was also the foreman for the entire job. I got exactly what I wanted, and they made sure I was happy. The rest of the crew of Ivan, Brian, and Jason who helped with the job were all great as well. I could tell that these guys take pride in the work that they do, and the final results reflected that. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work, big or small.
