We couldn't be happier with the service divine electric provided. Sam, the project manager, came out initially to give us a quote. He was incredibly patient, thorough, professional and knowledgeable.
We were having our electrical box moved from our daughters room into our basement due to safety concerns - the process was seamless. Jae and Brian who came out to do the work were a pleasure to have in our home- hard working, friendly and clearly knew what the were doing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt secure with the work that was being done and explained what was happening every step of the way.

Our homeowner's association notified everyone on our street that our electrical panel boxes (two Sylvania panel boxes installed in 1977) were faulty and could potentially be dangerous. They recommended contacting Divine Electric to replace our panel boxes. Having had a good experience with Divine Electric in the past, we called them to do the work. It was a major job, required four full days (2 to 4 workers each day), as they also updated all of our outlets and light switches, and corrected a few minor violations. My wife was home during much of the work, and she said that Jason and his assistant Isaac were very professional, wearing booties in the house (it rained during much of their work). She said the house was a scary mess while they were working, but they cleaned it up at the end of each day. Once again, we're very happy with Divine Electric, and would highly recommend them.

Wow! Talk about responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant! I highly recommend Divine Electric. Our car charger clearly had a problem. It was vibrating and heating the conduit attached to the unit. Gone unchecked we could have had a fire, let alone damaged the charging unit. When we realized we had a problem, we unplugged the unit and called Divine Electric the next morning at the suggestion of a friend who has used Divine in the past. I spoke to a friendly representative who explained how Divine works, took my pertinent information and had a scheduler call me to set an appointment for the following day as I was at work. Next day: Jon Hann called to confirm he was in route. A very professional person with a refreshing sense of humor, Jon quickly and carefully diagnosed the problem, explained the issues in clear language, and made the necessary fixes, adjustments and part changes. I showed him other projects we need addressed and he provided me with quotes and clear explanations using an iPad program that details the scope of the work, parts and warranty on service. He also emailed me said quotes. Very transparent and efficient. Thank you, Jon! I will sleep soundly knowing our car is charging safely and that you went the extra step to ensure the highest level of safety.

Sam and the team at Divine we're great. They helped add an outlet for an electric car charger, increase amps to our house and reconnect a steam shower. The speed and price was great. I've used Divine twice now, most recently with Chris today in order to address issues I had with flickering recessed lighting. He was incredibly informative, describing the problem and providing me with numerous different estimates for varying levels of work (including one that fit right in my budget). He also looked at a couple things I hadn't even asked about in my service request. Once I decided what I wanted to do, he finished the job quickly, neatly, and with significantly more ""integrity"" than certain other electricians in Marin. Highly recommended!

**This review is for their quote process** This place actually wants to charge me for a quote. Who does business this way??? They really try to convince you that their prices are so good that it won't matter and if you end up hiring them then they will put the deposit amount toward the work to be done. The staffer, Andrew goes into full telemarketing mode when you question the quote process. He was even so bold to say that he knows the other companies incorporate that charge into their bids. While that might be correct, the difference is that I would still have a choice whether or not to give them my business. Having just moved to Marin this past year, this kind of nonsense could only go on here...lol. People so rich that they believe that crap. Well I'm a bit street smarter then the cougars living in town. NO THANKS!

Jae and Bryan, the two electrical technicians that performed the work at my home were excellent. They were knowledgeable, patient with a homeowner who had lots of questions, they were efficient, and respectful of my home and property.
I had an old electrical panel replaced, I had 4 old patio spotlights replaced with LED lights, I had 2 motion sensor LED lights installed, and I replaced old landscape lighting with new path and stairway lighting, and up lighting to accent trees.
All of the work was completed in a timely manner and I am very happy with the results.
The only issue that I have with company is the bid/contract process. The owner bids a ""job"" and I would much prefer to see parts/products and labor as separate line items. My job had been considered a 4-5 day project and it was completed in 2 days. I had no competitive bids as I had been referred to Divine Electric by another electrician whom I trusted.
The work, the attention to detail, and the final product were completed as expected and I would recommend this company to others. Just be mindful of the cost!

First, Sam came out, scoped the job, gave me a price -- guarantees, etc. Very up-and-up. When the crew arrived (on time) to do the work, they (Jason and Isaac) went at it with a will. Great attitude, explained everything, got it all wrapped up solid and professional. Very happy I could get Divine intervention in my electrical needs.
