Chris, Jaime and Jeffrey arrived on time, worked efficiently and couldn't have been more considerate. They were a real pleasure to work with and are a credit to their company.

Alex came to give us an estimate on several plumbing issues at our home. He fixed our guest toilet quickly and on the spot and then we scheduled him to come and install a recirculating pump on our water heater. Every visit Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing in great detail which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

After some false starts Divine Electric send a technician to provide a bid for our electric project - new electric car charging station. Rob proved to be knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. The information he provided was helpful and easy to understand.

Unfortunately his bad came out higher than other providers so at the end we decided to hire someone else.

We had an electrical problem crop up Thursday evening that disabled a number of our wall outlets even though the circuit breaker was fine. I called Divine and they were able to commit to an appointment for the next morning. I received a call in the morning confirming the appointment, just as had been committed. Jae actually was able to arrive early (again, we received a call notifying us) and was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in an hour. Jae had an excellent attitude and provided great service. We will gladly use Divine and Jae when next we have an electrical issue.

Super responsive: called Tuesday, got a quote Wednesday, worked into the schedule for Thursday for electrical work. Personable and knowledgeable project manager and electricians: shout out to Sami, Harris and Chris. They asked tons of good questions and ensured safety, ie any pets or kids to worry about, concerns with noise and neighbors, ok to move our van in front of the house, etc. And they found a solution for our quirky Eichler, not small feet. Installed a car charger that was complicated due to location of service panel to garage and having a 150amp service. They were able to use a DCC That gave me a 60 amp car charger.

We are very happy with the work that Jay, Luis, Sean and Victor have done for us and I highly recommend them. My husband summed it up nicely: everyone is so polite and knowledgeable.

I first heard about Divine Electric from my neighbor who recommended them to me when I asked her about a recommendation for an electrician. When I looked at their Yelp page I also noticed that they offer plumbing services and since we were in need of a good plumber as well, I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone.

I already liked the appointment process: nowadays so many companies go the route of having everything digitalized but I enjoyed talking to an actual and friendly human to make an appointment. In fact, we scheduled two appointments: one for the electrical work and another one for the plumbing work. There's a $89 charge for the inspection, which gets waived if you actually hire them.

Jay was the electrician who came out to us for the inspection and we really came to trust him over his next few visits. His colleague, Luis, would later take over the bulk of the work on upgrading the electric panel. Luis was great as well. On the plumbing side I interacted with Sean and Victor, who helped us install two new faucets in our primary bedroom.

Thank you everyone at Divine Electric and Plumbing, despite a minor scheduling blib, you were a wonderful team to work with.
