Called them to hook up our phone to the gate system at a rental home we just moved into. Although we are on the fringe of their service area, they were willing to accommodate us. Dave, the owner, showed up and was very professional, did the job in a reasonable time (considering the set-up here isn't the simplest), and charged us a very fair price for the work.
