Chris was great! He answered all my questions and was flexible with my time. He replaced a chandelier, changed out lighting from fluorescent to recessed, and updated some outlet and switches. I feel valued as a customer and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Chris helped me with an extensive rewire on a remodel we are doing. New light positions in about half the house as well as new wiring for the kitchen, laundry, and a couple other rooms. He was patient and flexible with some changes to the plan I made along the way and had some great ideas to contribute. I'll be calling him again for sure.

Chris and his company are such a find! He replaced all of my canned lights with more energy efficient lights my husband got at Costco. I have him mapping out additional lights for my kitchen and laundry room. He fixed our outdoor light outlet so now our lights work outside.

Chris showed up at the time arranged. He wore a mask that stayed above his nose, he wasn't constantly adjusting it, and was very aware of distancing. He completely cleaned up after he was done. The only way I knew he had been there is that my lights are fabulous. He even put dimmer switches in for us.

If I could give him more stars I would! I definitely recommend him for any of your electrical needs!

We feel like we won the lottery!!

So often contractors, and service providers are flakey and have left us hanging when we need work done either on our house or one of our rentals. My husband Jim took a chance on Chris at Direct Connect because he responded so quickly to the Yelp search for electrical contractor service. Chris responded to each communication right away and professionally, and he showed when said he would, imagine that!!

The price he quoted was what we paid for the job. We can't say enough great stuff about our experience with Chris and the electrical switch repairs he did for us. Highly recommended, give him a call.
