We signed a contract for a whole home 48KW Kohler generator back in September of 2021. At the time we were told it should be delivered and installed in November. When November came we were told it would be December, and as December passed it became February 25th. Always with a kind word from Alice, but we never heard from Mike the owner even though Alice tells us he is going to call. We called again today as we still have not been told a new date (but really, what's the point if they're not real dates anway). Maybe it is a supply chain issue but regardless this could be handled much better.

I have been using Dion Generators for the past 3 years to service my generator and they have always been very professional.  Liuby in particular is great.  She is honest on when parts arrive, appointment availability, and accommodating customer scheduling.  I highly recommend Dion Generators.

All I can say is run the other direction, nothing but problems and headaches, we did not do our homework and did not check reviews! Mike seemed super professional and reliable until he received payment and then everything went down hill from there! This guy's employees are great but he had the fear of the devil in them!! He is unprofessional, does not have an electrical or gas license himself, he works under a qualifier. Do your homework and find a better company as this one is not worth the headaches or money!

Dion Generator is a scam of a company. DO NOT waste your time and money. The owner takes zero responsibility. They never show up, and it's a list of excuses. The owner even had his father call me one day begging to keep their services, and I agreed, but they still didn't show up.

Do not use them!

It took me over a month to get them out for a basic service, and only got them moving after I requested my deposit money back. And the owner Mike, I think is his name is a total liar and jerk.

The technician that came out, Chris was excellent, but their office staff and owner are a joke.

Alfter a few bad experiences with generator repair guys i searched online and i found Dion Denerators. A person on the phone was very kind. we scheduled and appointment for them to come see what was wrong with my generator. They quickly found out thet there was the voltage regulator. They scheduled me for the following week and sure enough that was our the problem. Chriss installed the new part and the generator is running like new again. our generator is a generac that works with natural gas. every person before them told me a different story. they said that nobody knew much about these generators. that the parts were almost impossible to find and on and on. yet, Chriss proved them all wrong. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends, they are honest and their prices are very reasonable

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE EVER!! Their customer service is horrible. I called them to schedule a service and no one ever showed up. I called the office and spoke to a young lady named Jacky who informed me I was never added to the schedule. When they finally rescheduled me, the tech showed up late, mind you I was not informed he would be late ahead of time. He worked on my generator and 10 minutes and $180 later I was told my generator needed a replacement part that had to be ordered for him to do the repair. After waiting for over a month with no updates I call the office once again only for them to tell me that the part had not been delivered to them yet. My guess was they forgot To place the order. I got tired of waiting so I told them to cancel the order and I informed them I would take my business elsewhere. The young lady on the phone replied ""ok do as you please"" and hung up on me. This company is a total joke and a rip off. I took my business to another local generator company, received my part in less that a week and had my generator up and running in no time. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
