Emmante came to do estimate 9/5/2019. Sent me estimate by email on 9/6/2019. I accepted his offer on line, but never responds to phone calls to discuss. Agreement to do work on 9/12 confirmed by his office, with an email. I emailed back a couple of days later to confirm what time workers will arrive in my house and how long work will take. I received email confirmation that work will start at 830 on 9/12. I took off entire day of 9/12 to be at home for the electrical work. At 930, no workers came. Emailed his office again to find out why workers are late....... A response by email just said ""work will not be done in my house, and Emmante sent his people to do another project instead"" I told them this was unacceptable, unprofessional and dishonest. For a homeowner to be told to take off from work, so someone can be home during the electrical project, and then Di mond unilaterally did not show up for the project, without informing customer, is proof of dishonesty and unethical behavior This company should be banned from angies list. This company will be reported to the BBB and his license need to be revoked All transactions, emails with this company have been saved and will act as proof!

The best. Solved one problem another electrician said couldn't be done without tearing walls down. Their solution was ingenious. Was also gracious in dealing with us for several comebacks when the lights we kept purchasing on another task didn't fit. Professional and on time. Work done well and to our high standards. Recommend highly.

They did all the electric in a new build for me. Outlets not working, and breakers tripping. I asked them numerous times to make sure they added the wiring for my pool and dock. They never did, now it is costing me $2800.00 to have a true professional do the work.

Amazing service! We are in the process of selling our house and needed to have electrical repairs made quickly after the inspection. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. I called six different companies for a quote and of the companies that even bothered to get back with me Di'mond Electric was the first to respond and had the most competitive price. The electrical re-inspection was just completed and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company!

I was on the corner of his Building on Fort Harrison St when I witnessed the owner telling off a lady with a handicapped child in a van because the van pulled up on his driveway. First off that is no parking at all especially for a handicap van where someone has to get out on the side. She apologized and said she didn't think she was interfering in his business (( which she wasn't) he yelled that it was private property and could care less where she had to park. Wow did I see a different side to him when I have used him for services in the past. That changed my opinions about him and his company. No way was she blocking anyone from coming or going he came out just to be a jackass. A little common courtesy goes a long ways. The handicapped child started crying and said to the lady Wherever She Goes she's always a problem. How inconsiderate can one be to make anyone feel so uncomfortable. I wouldn't get FREE services from this company. Totally different when it comes to your home but to see the real him is unbelievable. My heart ached for that handicapped young lady. When people are making money I love how they are so sweet when you get a chance to see them in action it's a different story. Well I had the pleasure and never again. I Can Only Imagine what he has to say when he leaves your home. He will never get the opportunity again from me that I can promise you. Shame on you DI'MOND for being so heartless. Just remember karma is a bitch. Think twice before you have this man in your home what will he be saying about you when he leaves? A handicapped child going to a Dr and you don't have the courtesy of letting her get out of the van because as you put it you own that property between the street and sidewalk. Keep it and keep your nasty personality disposition and ridiculous price business. You lost three customers thus far for your ignorance and cold-hearted Manor. Just remember your business is opened because of customers it's just too bad they could not witness what I did I believe they all would have a change of heart.

Emmet is a no nonsense get-the-job done professional. He has done work at my house as has one of his teams. In both instances he provided a fair estimate that didn't change. The work was done efficiently and cleanly. The Di'mond folks were friendly and knowledgeable answering any and all questions. I can't say enough about this company. If you're looking for a good electrician, call these guys!

Dimond Electric rocks! I have used them for the past 3 years, most recently to add wiring to an outside shed and BBQ grill area. They are VERY responsive, do quality work, are always on time and deliver what's promised. Earlier this week (around 8:30pm) I had an electrical problem impacting power in 1/3 of my house. I left a voicemail @ 9:00pm and they were at my door at 8:15am the next morning. I couldn't be happier with their work, their responsiveness and professionalism. A LOT of contractors and trades people should take lessons in customer service from the Dimond Electric team.
