Professional and Detailed Job with Great Prices

Andy is a professional gentleman. Andy is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, detail oriented, tidy and reasonable. Andy had years of experience working in the field, before he created his own company. He does not rush things to make a patch job or a messy job, but he takes his time to provide clean, organized, nice and acceptable results with reasonable prices.

I hired Andy because he was very professional, punctual and a good trouble shooter. I wanted to build a new front courtyard for my estate. To do this project, I hired 3 contractors: Construction, Iron Workers and Electrical. I hired Andy to do the electrical work of the front courtyard.

Andy had to install 2 front courtyard standing lights on the 2 front columns on both sides of the front gate. He had to connect the wires to the switch inside the house, near the door, so the side light and two front lights would turn on and off together. In addition, he had to create a new outdoor outlet of GFCI bubble top for the side of the courtyard where we would place a new fountain to be connected to it.

Originally, Andy came over before the construction begun, so he would let me know where he wanted the wires for the front lights to come out of the ground. Andy wanted them near the garage wall, so from there, he could take them inside the building. Basically he had to mark the spot where he wanted the construction crew to take out the prepped wires. He also checked out the site and did comprehend on what I wanted him to do. I told him: Hey Andy, I decided to go ""Dilloway"" (his motto on his video)!

The construction crew prepped the cable wires for the front lights, from the columns to the edge of the garage wall, where he desired them. Once the construction was done, Andy came over to do his part. Andy had to cut through the walls to do a tidy job without showing pipes and wires on the outside. On one part of the job, Andy had to cut through a wall on the inside of the house. Andy figured a way to connect the wires without cutting walls inside the hall of the house, so we didn't have to patch it up, texture it and paint it. So basically Andy saved us some cosmetic work and time by his trouble shooting. Andy ran the wires through a couple of ventilation covers which served no purpose and there were nothing behind them. These ventilation covers were originally built for future purposes (such as this electrical work) and Andy figured out to do this part of the job without cutting more walls.

Next, Andy ran a new wire, well covered by flexible metal pipe, and created an outside outlet to the courtyard for the fountain. Andy was very tidy. He patched the walls, putty them and silicone the cable head connection to the wall (which he created for the lights).

Andy cleaned up after himself, vacuumed, and picked up all the trash. He e-mailed me the invoice and packed it all up.

This was no small job. Andy spent the whole afternoon doing this job. He went out of his way to save some cosmetic headache and he took his time to do a very tidy job. I watched him and analyzed his work. He was patient, doing detailed work, very organized and clean, good trouble shooter and a hard worker.

Andy does not cut corners, he purchases top material and he finds the most logical and less costly way to do the job. His prices are reasonable and he is a hard worker.

I am an obsessive, compulsive, perfectionist, neat freak. I am extremely detail oriented. Andy passed my test. He is surely the electrician for me. I strongly recommend him to all. It does not matter how small or how big the job is but all he cares is to do it clean and to do it right. Andy had done a fine electrical work on my newly built front courtyard. More power to Andy.

We found Andy here on Yelp when we had an electrical issue late in the evening. Andy made a special trip to come out and deal with our problem and resolved the issue completely.

Recently, we had Andy come out to replace all of the electrical outlets and switches is our 40+ year old home. Andy is conscientious, knowledgeable, and does high quality work. I've already recommended him to do some work at my daughter's condo, and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs quality electrical work done at a very reasonable rate.

Andy is spectacular!
I had kind of a weird experience with another electrician that was referred to us. The other guy canceled twice within 24 hours, and even eluded to not being able to make it because he was out drinking. I'm not against drinking, but we had an appointment... Anyhow I went on Nextdoor- which is a community board for your zip. I asked for a referral. I got Andy's name given by his aunt, and did a little research before I called.
He came out the day I called, quoted us under the other guy, and scheduled right then. He was professional and courteous- did an AMAZING job installing our TV and running cables through the wall. (No holes to patch)
He even let us know of a few potential problems we were un aware of, and... Laid extra speaker wire for when we are ready to get our home sound system.
He is very worthy of 5 stars, and we will use him again in the future!!

Andy, the electrician wasted no time going right to work and troubleshooting many of our issues. He was able to quickly identify the problems and correct them. Most electricians may have pushed this into a two day job, but this guy was very honest and knew exactly what he was doing.

Andy was great! We just bought a house and he has been able to fix and install everything we needed! He came out to check stuff from the home inspection that we had concerns about, wire for a hot tub, fix outlets and wire a room for cable. He let us know what was important and what didn't need to be done. Importantly, he showed up when he said he would! Not always easy to find that! We will definitely be calling him any time we need electrical work done!!
