I called this business based on the positive reviews. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for today at 2pm. At 315pm no one had shown up so I sent a message trying to figure out what was going on. He stated he wasn't coming due to being tied up at his morning job. I lost half a days pay to be home for my appointment. This is very unprofessional and not a way to treat customers. My time is just as valuable as theirs. He could of at least let me know at some point he wasn't going to show up. I have lots of work that needs to be done and will continue looking for a reliable place to give my business to.

Contacted several electrician on Yelp with a simple task...change out 2 smoke detectors on a high vaulted ceiling.
