I reached out to Julio after our laundry room lost power. We originally thought we were going to have to replace the entire wiring in the house as we had bought a much older home. Prior to reaching out to Julio we had a seperate electrician come out and he was very aggressive in his push to rewire the house without actually inspecting anything and with a ridiculous high price. My wife and I felt very deflated after that interaction around the cost to repair the electrical issues in the home. We reached out to Julio who provided us more clarity and a FAR more reasonable quote who also took the time to explain things to me. He arrived on time the day of our appointment and was extremely professional and kind. He took time to examine our outlets and informed me that we did not have to rewire the house and it was a matter of fixing some faulty plugs and adding circuits where needed. He could have easily moved forward with the intended scope of work we had agreed upon. But he was honest and saved us over $600 on the repair! We will 100% be reaching out to Julio to finish the rest of the electrical work on the house. I highly recommend using Julio. We feel so much better and optimistic about the work ahead thanks to Julio.

Julio was amazing from the start. Replied quickly, was able to provide a quote based on the photos I provided (no ""let's talk more"" or ""call my front desk to schedule a visit"".) straight to the point with a great price for the work involved. He installed a lamp for us on the front porch and 3 lamps over the garage door. These lamps required to cut into the stucco and brick, which I wasn't going to try myself. The wiring came out great as well. He did an amazing job, showed on time and was out the door in 2 hours. We're very happy with the results and will have him back for any future electrical projects. Full disclosure that I didn't actually have Julio do a job, BUT when I described my outlet issue via email, he suggested I try a quick fix on my side first, and his suggestion worked. He could have come out and charged me for that 'work' but chose to go a more honest route, so I'll definitely be calling him the next time I need an electrician!
