Leo Diaz was responsive and transparent with all communication. He gave a fair estimate. He did superb work and was quite knowledgeable about everything that he was doing. He worked with his son, Max, who is also a hard worker and efficient. I could not have been more pleased with the work which was to place crown moulding in three bedrooms. Leo and Max were able to complete the job more quickly than they had estimated. I am so excited about my new elegant bedrooms, and I will hire Leo and Max in the future and recommend them to all my friends.

I have hired Leo to complete a few projects in my home. He just completed installing flooring in our attached apartment. Leo and his crew removed moved furniture, removed old flooring, and installed new laminate flooring in one day. All the shops I had visited told me it would be a least a two-day project. Leo also completed some carpentry and dry wall and helped remodel the kitchen in this apartment.
If you hire Leo, you can expect expert work completed very quickly. He stays on a job until it is done. Leo is a master of many of the trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, cement work, electrical, and plumbing etc.) I would highly recommend Leo for any of your construction and remodel needs. He is honest and takes pride in his work.

We had recently upgraded our heating system from a floor furnace to central heat. Once we pulled the furnace out, we realized we would need to match the 100 year old hardwood floors and some include some additional flooring support where the furnace once was. Wow! Leo text back within an hour of my initial inquiry. He kept in communication with me even though it was the weekend to let me know when he would be by for the bid. We met and agreed on a price & he said he would be here at 8:30 AM and he was here at 8:29. What construction company does that? He and Trevor were done with the tasked I asked them to do and it took them about 4 1/2 hours. It would have taken me a week at least and I would have to go out and buy tools and it still wouldn't look this good. Kept cleaning up as they were going along. Very happy with their work and have already recommended them to my friends.

Long story short, he knocked out everything quickly, efficiently, professionally... and I will be hiring him for a larger job in the next few months. There was a genuine desire by Diaz and Sons to ensure I was satisfied with the job at each point, and I appreciate that.
