Jose was wonderful. He arrived on time, very professional and thoroughly explained the process. He even went out of his way (upstairs) to take a look at our nursery to suggest lighting. I'm happy we went with his company because there were no hidden fees. The quote he gave earlier on was the price he charged. We will definitely be using his company again when it is time to make the upgrade to lighting fixtures in our home. Thank you so much Mr. Jose for being prompt, punctual and respectful. Nutshell: The requested service was to remove and replace a ventilation fan/light system. Diamond Force Electric was Responsive, Professional and provided Superb Workmanship at a fair price.

The Rest of the Story:
The 32-year old ventilation fan/light in my laundry room needed to be replaced, and this lifelong ""Do it yourselfer"" was just the guy to do it. NOT!

I ordered and received a modern replacement unit and was ready to go. First, I had to remove the old unit (uh-oh). I knew I was in trouble when, after 45-minutes, I was unable to remove the unit without ripping out my ceiling and causing other untold damage and destruction. Yelp to the rescue.

I received a response from Jose S. (owner) 4-minutes after posting, telling me that he was busy that day but could do the job the following day. I replied that the following day was fine, but needed an estimate beforehand. That estimate was received 15-minutes later and an appointment was made for the next morning.

Jose S. and his lovely wife arrived at my house at the scheduled time. Their first task was to lay down plastic to prevent dust and debris from be being strewn throughout the house. For the next hour I heard metal being sawed and occasional pounding (but no swearing!). The job was completed to perfection and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend this team, and am proud to call them ""family"".

I needed a GFCI outlet installed in our small bathroom to add a bidet to our toilet. This is my first time contracting any sort of work done inside the home so I was nervous! Jose gave me a great quote, could come on the weekend, was prompt in answering any messages through yelp, was not pushy and allowed me to take my time to decide. He made sure to give me a proposal a week prior and then his insurance and license information when he arrived to my home. He arrived right on time, took his time to explain exactly what he was going to do and double checked that everything was perfect before cutting into my wall. I really appreciated the extra time he took to make sure I was at ease. The work took less than a hour and Jose made sure everything was tidy and put back into place once he was finished.

Jose is branching out and starting his own business after 20+ years of experience. I recommend you give him a chance!
