I was very impressed with the service and quality of work provided by Jim at DG&E Electric. He responded to my inquiry very quickly and I was able to get my electrical work done within a couple of days. Jim installed an outlet for me in my garage, and went above and beyond my expectations by making sure I had the right outlet to meet my needs. I felt he genuinely cared about the service he was providing and took the time and effort to do exceptional work at a great price! I can not thank him enough for making the process so easy. We will be using him again for any electrical needs we may have.

Contacted DG&E Electric to build a circuit for a new hybrid water heater. Jim came all the way down from pioneer and still gave what we felt was a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. Worked with our schedule and did a great job. He even took care of another breaker in our electrical box that wasn't right. I can definitely appreciate someone that takes such pride in the work he does and cares about our family to take care of something that he wasn't even there to do. He even did great with our very inquisitive 4 year old. Will definitely keep him in mind if any other electrical needs come our way.

Jim was great - responsive, easy to communicate with, and would always put up with my ""one more favor"" requests! He installed ceiling fans for me, fixed one that I tried to install myself, and wired / installed three canned lights in my bonus room. He had to cut holes in the ceiling to install the wiring, and he patched it back up so all I had to do was paint over it. I highly recommend Jim!

His name is Jim he designed and installs.... But he actually went way above what other contractors were willing to do to make the job done right and he fit it all into our budget. Jim drove and did a free estimate around my crazy schedule and was super quick to make best suggestion based on his experience.

I got several bids and it just seemed like no one treated me as well as Jim did, he was knowledgeable, patient when I was indecisive and quick to offer solutions.

After my uncle tried installing my new ceiling fan something didn't work. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. We reached out to yelp airwaves to see about getting it fixed. Jim responded swiftly and was able to come the next day. When he arrived he was on time, and also provided excellent customer service. Our Ceiling fan needed a new module that controls the lights and fan speed. Jim ran to Home Depot to purchase what we needed can came back to complete the work. Jim did an amazing job installing a 240v outlet for my Level 2 car charger in my garage. He even installed the actual charger to a stud and mounted everything. He took the time to do everything neatly and correctly and I highly recommend him. I'll definitely be calling him again when I install ceiling fans in my rooms upstairs.
