I needed a 240V line installed for a heat pump electric water heater arriving in days. I called three electricians and Darrell was the only one who responded, stopping by the same day to assess the job and sending two electricians out the next working day. They spent extra time routing the line through the wall and ceiling to make it cosmetically appealing (even though I told them a surface mount was acceptable), repairing the cuts in the drywall and cleaning up any sawdust and debris. Both men were competent and very polite. Darrell followed up with the plumber when the tank was installed, making sure the electrical connection was good. I highly recommend DG&E and will use them for any electrical jobs in the future.

I had a great experience with Shane at DG&E when he installed a new pool heater and wifi controller one year ago. I just had a pool booster pump that failed and Shane was back to replace it with a new pump. He is prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and committed to quality. While replacing the booster pump, he noticed a serious ground issue with the main pump installation from another company and fixed it free of charge. It would have been easy to just ignore the situation since it wasn't his work but I appreciate that he and his crew took the time to fix the problem and explain the issue to me. Shane is the only person I will work with on my pool equipment.

Today is August 30,2018 Jake and Darrell started my kitchen on June 1,2018 just placing new cam lights in and removing the old oak light box.
They installed 10 lights and ran wire to the kitchen island for 2 pendant lights. The wire has been hanging down for 3 months over my stove in the middle of the island. We had trouble with the sheet rock . A person they called in to do the sheet rock came out 2 time but never finished. They were to hang the lights after the ceiling was painted. I had to call in a different person to complete the sheet rock. It looks terrible. The sheet rock person says best he can do after someone else started it. I have texted Jake the worker 24 times called the owner 4 times. Last I spoke to Darrell Gibson he said he would get right on it and finish but he is very busy. My problem is no returned calls from them. No date set to finish. If I call someone else out I am afraid they may say the same thing it is not work that I did. I have a electrical switch I don't know if works and 2 wires hanging down not sure if they are live or not. No box in the ceiling to hang the pendents from.
