Wow! We had an outage on Saturday and Darell came over almost immediately. He insisted that if we didn't feel completely comfortable, that he would drop his personal activities and do whatever he could to fix it. He came over when he should have been at a social event and made us feel much better about the state of our house. He is helping us to update it and bring everything to code. He is the only electrician I will ever use or recommend from now on

Spoke to Darell on Tuesday regarding my home lights flickering. We setup an appointment on Thursday 7:30am and he arrived EXACTLY at 7:30am! Friendly, knowledge, kind, and an expert at his trade. 100% honest. 100% Fair. 100% Professional. Darrell shows up and does the job himself. We needed our timer replaced for our front lights. Darrell got right back to me. He even emailed me a picture and description of the timer to see if it was the one we wanted. He showed up on time with the proper timer and then took the time to set it for us and for most people this requires an advanced degree in engineering to understand. Darrell has done a couple of other jobs for me, including installing outdoor fans to some wood beams. He did such a beautiful job. He's the nicest guy and so pleasant to talk to. He even went up on the hill and helped me visualize a lighting design for our hill. I consider him a friend at this point. Not often you can say that about your electrician. I recently reviewed DEW Electric, but an update is necessary. I hired Darell and DEW for a larger project - several days of sometimes very difficult work. Fantastic results. The project turned out to be more complicated than anyone originally thought, but Darell was more than up to the task. Sometimes you find a tradesman who is truly exceptional - that's Darell!
