As it happens I had never really hired anyone from Yelp reviews but I got a list, and the first one who answered my circuit/ microwave question was Brandon. He basically solved the issue within 2 minutes of our phone call, saying he could probably save us the cost of a service call.. . Who does that nowadays?!
Needless to say, he was right, and we don't need any help (but a new microwave). However I will communicate his info to all my friends and neighbors because I now know who to call next time. What a lovely person!

So Brandon is an extremely ethical guy. My breaker tripped to my garage door. I reset it, which is about the extent of my electrical repair skill. I called him, and he answered right away. He did a little troubleshooting over the phone, and it was an easy fix. He was friendly and even said, ""That saves you the cost of a service call.""

He could have easily come out and made some quick cash off me, but he didn't. That's pretty awesome if you ask me. If I have any other issues, he's the first call I'm making.

I had power out in a portion of the house. Brandon came out and let me known it wasn't a circuit breaker like I thought. He had to come back but the power came back on, so I paid him even though he didn't really do anything. But the power went back out so he came out at no extra cost and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Will call on him again as needed.

Brandon was extremely professional, kind and knowledgable about our electrical needs. We had an RV charger to install. He was super communicative from the beginning, came out to do an in person estimate, and was well prepared and efficient on the day of installation. Once he was in our electrical panel, he even offered to clean up a few other things that he noticed, just because he was there.

The owner, Brandon and I carried on a text conversation. He has booked a time slot for a repair of a Canlite on my rental unit kitchen room. He canceled and asked if he could rebook. He stated that his van had broken down and his dog got out! so I agreed and set a new timeslot. I never heard from him again. I cannot recommend the service and give it zero if I could.

Can't recommend Brandon enough! Found him on yelp after an electrician did a no show on us. Called Brandon and he was able to come out the next day to take a look. I have never left a review before. But I had to because Brandon and his company Desert General Electric are one of a kind. Almost immediate response time. I was desperate because my EV charging station wasn't charging my vehicle. Brandon came, diagnosed the problem, fixed all my issues, and charged me exactly what his estimate was, which I thought was really more than fair. He continued to contact me after all was completed to make sure things were working properly. He's a hard working, responsible, knowledgeable and respectful young man who sets a high bar for his industry. Thank you Brandon!!
