DeSear Electric was founded by James DeSear in the year 1976. In 2007, Chad joined the family business and broadened its scope by launching DeSear Air Conditioning. They take pride in serving the local community and now employ many skilled, licensed HVAC and electrical technicians.

Chad started working with his father at DeSear Electric when he turned 18. Being involved in the family business was always a strong desire for him. His dedication to Naples drove him to aim for excellence in serving the local area. Chad places great importance on providing exceptional customer service and truthful evaluations. In 2007, he grew the business by incorporating a team of qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
