DeSear Electric was founded by James DeSear in the year 1976. His son Chad joined the family business as an adult and expanded it in 2007 by adding DeSear Air Conditioning. They are dedicated to the local community and currently employ numerous experienced and certified HVAC and electrical technicians.

At 18, Chad joined his father at DeSear Electric. Being involved in the family business was always a strong desire for him. Chad's affection for Naples inspired him to provide the best service possible to the community. For Chad, offering top-notch customer service and honest evaluations is essential. In 2007, he grew the business by incorporating a team of qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
