DeSear Electric was founded by James DeSear in the year 1976. In 2007, Chad joined the family business and broadened its scope by launching DeSear Air Conditioning. Proudly serving the local community, they now have a team of many exceptional, licensed HVAC and electrical professionals.

Chad started working with his father at DeSear Electric when he turned 18. Being involved in the family business was always a strong desire for him. His love for Naples motivated him to serve the area to the best of his ability. Chad places great importance on providing exceptional customer service and truthful evaluations. In 2007, he grew the business by incorporating a team of qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
