Derek installed recess lighting in our main living area, a wine bottle chandelier with a tricky mounting set up, and a bedroom ceiling fan/light. He was efficient, thorough, and very reasonably priced. He is very handy, as well, which helped tremendously in mounting the chandelier. We had a painter working concurrently, and Derek was very flexible with his schedule. I highly recommend Derek.

Derek did a great job . . . and it was a small job (fix a bathroom light). We worked out a convenient time (as it was a small job, I'm always understanding and willing to work around their schedule) and he came over . . . fixed it in 15 minutes and charged me a very reasonable fee (considering he had to stop at a store and buy a part beforehand). When we moved into our new house, there ALOT of electrical concerns, from ""minor"" safety issues to outlets that didn't work. He fixed it all. He was dealt directly with an outdated breaker company to see if there was a cheaper solution to making the circuit safe. We needed to install a switch in our walk-in closet to turn on the light and he suggested a motion sensor so we never accidentally leave that light on. I love it!

I found Derek through Yelp and was very happy with both the work he did and the price. He managed to hang a new light in the kitchen without creating a bunch more holes in the ceiling. Then he routed power through the wall and behind a fireplace to power a new wall-mounted T.V. He was careful to preserve the sheet rock that he had to remove so that repairing the wall was pretty easy. It could have been a whole lot worse if he hadn't been meticulous. So, highly recommended. Provided a quote up front and he stuck to his price. No surprises, except for the excellent work.
